Excellent stay. Had an issue with an outside generator and again the customer service from the staff was brilliant. Immediately resolved the issue and found an alternative room. Have stayed at Botany Bay on several occasions and the customer service is second to none. Thank you

Had an amazing time at the Botany Bay hotel food good staff very good Laura most helpful with booking. Lovely location right on beach went for lovely walks. Was there to celebrate a70th and we all had a great time. Will definitely be going back. Thanks to all the staff Mary Green

What a wonderful stay! The rooms were beautifully presented, spacious, and exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast offered a fantastic selection of fresh, high-quality food and was the perfect start to the day. The hotel’s unique location, right next to the beach, made it easy to enjoy stunning coastal walks and sea views. A fantastic place to relax—I would happily stay here again.

Fab location, close to the beach, about 40 minute walk from centre of Broadstairs. Lovely veranda to enjoy meals and drinks outside in the good weather.

We had a lovely 3 night stay at The Botany Bay Hotel. We brought our little dog and he was made most welcome. The staff are amazing, the food is great at the setting is beautiful. Can't praise it highly enough.

Lovely place to stay, staff are friendly, professional and helpful. Food is great (both the restaurant and the hotel breakfast), location is amazing. Only negative was the road to get there which was completely blocked up due to cars parked on either side - not at all the fault of the hotel and nothing they could have done, it was a relief to get into the hotel car park! Will definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area.

Pleasant stay but found short hair on the bed. Rest of the room was very clean, very pleasant staff while receiving the key. Good breakfast. Dinner had to wait for a while but food was delicious.

Liked - location, helpful staffs, size of room and parking Dislike - building a bit dated and need renovation, room very basic but clean, room advertised as having a balcony, but this was a Juliet balcony as there was no room to sit outside. The hotel is dog friendly, but we had to move table at breakfast given there were several dogs at the next table making a bit of noise and hairs all over carpet, perhaps people with dogs should have separate seating given there is enough space. The restaurant was a big let down as my wife ordered a caramelised onion tarte tatin and when it arrived it had big chunks of raw red onions over some thin pastry which she had to return. Being vegetarian she ordered a margarita pizza, and that was even worse as the dough was chewy with some cheap tomato paste all over, we have had better pizzas from supermarkets for a fraction of the price!
