Short family break

Lovely cottage just off High St Broadway, so convenient for the shops and restaurants in Broadway which is beautiful. Parking available on Back Lane. Cottage was very comfortable; well equipped kitchen with some little extras (tea/coffee/milk and cleaning products). Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was modern with a decent electric shower. Lovely courtyard at the back which was a suntrap , it would get well used during the summer. We had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend.

Gorgeous homely cottage, conveniently located

The cottage itself is extremely comfortable with everything you could need and stylishly decorated. The private garden is beautiful and a lovely place to sit and relax, with birds, squirrels and a cat visiting along the back wall! The cottage is conveniently tucked in behind the high street and has nearby parking in a quiet street. Broadway offers a range of lovely shops and places to eat and is located close to places of interest. I highly recommend Box Cottage.

I booked the Cottage on behalf our relatives visiting from America. They really loved Box Cottage, and thought it was perfect, with all the English charm, yet with all the modern conveniences. They thought the patio garden was delightful, and everything inside the Cottage was catered for their needs. It is a great location right in the heart of Broadway village, yet very quiet and peaceful.

Awesome little bolt hole!

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at the Box Cottage in Broadway. Perfectly located behind the main strip. Conveniently located to all the local villages and sites of the Cotswolds. The cottage is very comfortable with a lovely spacious outdoor area. Beds were super comfy and the kitchen well appointed for cooking at home. Communication with the housekeeper was prompt and easy…even replaced the microwave which stopped working within a day! Wifi was excellent…particularly important for our son who was working throughout our 14 day stay. Broadway is a perfect base for exploring the area…Highly recommended…will definitely book again for future trips to the Cotswolds. Thank you!

Perfection does exist...

My family of 5 (3 little ones) stayed a month, and it was like a dream- the cottage is cozy & homey, the kitchen was perfect for celebratory cooking & beverages, and there is literally no beating Broadway for this kind of stay (nor the cottage location a short stroll from the heaven that is Broadway Deli)- an opinion that stayed firm through 1500 miles on a rental car exploring the near countryside. This stay was a once in a lifetime opportunity for us, and Box Cottage rose to the occasion as our home base.

Fantastic location to explore the Cotswold

The cottage was wonderful and ideally located. The village of Broadway has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The coop is a short walk from the cottage and has everything you need for groceries and drinks. Parking is a bit tricky behind the cottage on Back Lane but we were always able to find a spot to park. Highly recommend this cottage for exploring the Cotswolds!

Perfect Cottage. Perfect Location

The Box Cottage was just perfection in a very magical part of the world. The garden provided a private outdoor escape, the bedrooms snug and comfortable and beds good, the kitchen well provisioned, and reception area roomy and comfortable. It’s literally steps away from all that Broadway has to offer while feeling like a secluded hideaway. It’s also easy to get anywhere in the Cotswolds, and perfect for exploring points north like Coventry and Iron Bridge or east to Oxford. Highly recommended!

Excellent Choice

An absolutely charming cottage. The location was perfect with just a few short steps from the car and from the main high street. It was warm and clean. Everything we needed was provided for. Broadway has the most amazing deli, restaurants and bars all within walking distance of the cottage. The garden was fabulous to take your early morning coffee and evening drinks. The bathroom was clean and had everything you need (obviously not toiletries). The kitchen is small but compact and very useful and the living room is very comfortable. Overall a fabulous weekend and I genuinely cannot wait to return!

A perfect cottage for the best getaway!

This was our first time in the Cotswolds and it couldn't have been more perfect. The cottage is so cute and cozy. The neighbors are friendly and helpful. Broadway is a wonderful town to walk around in and enjoy the beautiful setting. Restaurants are solid and shoppes are nice. Couldn't have asked for a better cottage to stay in.

Lovely Cottage Stay!

My daughter and I really enjoyed our time at Box Cottage. It is beautiful inside, very clean and comfortable, and because it was Christmastime, they even decorated the living room with a small tree! It was very convenient for us to walk around Broadway, safe and quiet, and I'm sure the back garden area is a wonderful place to hang out in summer. I'd love to stay there again!

We spent a wonderful week at this cottage. The location cannot be beat and the cottage itself is comfortable, very well-equipped and spacious. We had one issue (beyond anyone's control) but everyone involved was responsive and efficient in getting it sorted out. A great spot!

Box Cottage is a very pretty, well maintained cottage in the beautiful village of Broadway in the Cotswolds! The cottage is situated just off the main high street in a quiet pedestrianised lane. The cottage has a lovely courtyard garden with tables and chairs and a bbq for those lovely summer evenings! The inside is equipped with all the facilities needed for a pleasant stay. Broadway itself has an array of lovely gift shops, pubs, restaurants and public footpaths for walking off those who extra calories whilst also enjoying the beautiful countryside!. It is also conveniently situated to explore the other highlights that the Cotswolds has to offer.

Box cottage is situated in a charming row of terraced cottages tucked away behind Broadway main street. Although the cottage was well stocked with all you would need for your stay, was clean and it was easy to communicate with the manager, we were rather disappointed with our choice. Contrary to the pictures we saw, it felt dark, cold, damp and rather unloved. We also had problems with a wasp infestation and a smoke alarm which went off every morning. Hopefully these issues have now been resolved and perhaps we were unlucky, but we all felt that the cottage could do with an update.

Character cottage, excellent location

Beautiful period cottage in the centre of one of the most picturesque villages in the Cotswolds. Wonderful secluded walled sunny garden. Several excellent restaurants and pubs as well as shops within a very short walking distance. While there is generally adequate parking this can on occasions be awkward due to unauthorised usage of the space available. That said I have booked this accommodation on 2 occasions, covering 13 nights in total, and only had a major problem once.

Great stay in this lovely cottage!

We really enjoyed our stay at Box Cottage. The location is perfect to enjoy all that Broadway has to offer. The cottage is very quaint and well equipped. The weather was perfect during the week of our stay and we were able to enjoy sunny evenings in the large rear courtyard. Would definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area.

Quaint Cottage in great location

We loved this cottage very much it was right in the centre of Broadway. Gorgeous garden with plenty of seating. Lots of sanitizer and hand wash available. Which made us feel confident that every care was taken to keep everybody safe.

Beautiful property in Broadway

The property was very comfortable, and the checkin easy. The directions to parking at the back of the property was very good and reasonably easy to follow. The main complaint would be the double bed, as the mattress was very uncomfortable for 2 adults, meaning that one of us ended up sleeping on the lounge downstairs each night. The hot water also ran out every day with a family of 4 showering. Apart from that the property suited our needs and was a great base for exploring the Cotswolds, and a relaxing stay.
