An hour from Toronto, this newly renovated cottage offers a fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a spacious dining and living area. Additionally the backyard includes a beautiful outdoor patio, gas powered fireplace, BBQ grill and private fireplace, perfect for relaxing with friends and family. This cottage offers easy access to a private waterfront to enjoy water based activities such as swimming, boating, and fishing.

Perfect spot on lake simcoe! Water was amazing temp and the view from the patio was impeccable. House was very clean. Lots of space in the house to sleep, great kitchen size. The fire pit area was a bit hard to access/use. Communication with Byron was always easy and quick!

Overall teh stay was great. The cottage is on Lake Simcoe, so it is a rocky lake that is very large. The cottage had a ton of water and outdoor shoes to borrow for the rocky bottom - everyone was comfortable. They also had lifejackets, paddles and boats. The kitchen was also well stocked. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very pleasant. The layout of the cottage was a bit odd with a central dining room between a number of bedrooms, but aside from that, it was a great find.
