「Great location a 15 minute from the centre of Canterbury. Very clean , great breakfast with lots of choice & wonderful hosts. Would stay here again & highly recommend . Definitely 10 out of 10. 」

「Overall the stay went well, although the room did not meet expectations after seeing pictures, with it feeling worn and in need of refurbishment, and the car park full of pot holes. You could also hear guests in other rooms, especially as they flushed toilets, used the shower, and made noise.
Staff were friendly and inviting and beds comfortable. I would mark it more within 3.5 stars than the advertised 4 star. 」
