My stay was better than expected based on the online reviews. My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I could tell the bathroom had been partially updated, but the tub / shower were in bad shape. The tub looked like it either was not clean or had so much ground in dirt that it would not come clean. They have veneer floors that look like hardwood, which I'm sure is more sanitary since this is a pet friendly hotel. The only challenge with these floors is I was on the second floor and there was a room above me with small kids in it so anytime anyone walked or moved in their bed it sounded like they were coming through the ceiling. The walls seem like they are soundproof but the floor/ceiling definitely is not. Also there are two trash cans at the front entrance and they both were overflowing such that things were spilling out of them. This is not a welcoming sight when you arrive. All in all though this was not a bad stay and I would stay here again because of the price.

Had a misunderstanding with a noise coming from another room. I left a review about how bad it was and the next day Atim @ the hotel desk, was very helpful with my issue. I would stay here again just because he was very nice about it and really wanted to help. Wish I could remove it but my only option was to update.

You give what you get. Staff is very respectful with me. I'm greeted with a first name basis. They tolerate nothing, so you can stay safe. It has quieted down a lot. The only complaint I have, heater/air conditioners should be cleaned. They are filled with dust and Debree which causes not to work properly. Im allergic to dust so i itch.

Noisy neighbors, I saw a roach and vacated the room immediately @ 3am in the morning to be sure my things didn't become contaminated and drove an hour to get home, while I was very tired. I knew right away the room was a dump, and wasn't that surprised it was infested.
