My family loved this cabin! It was a beautiful cabin and great property. The hot tub, Pac-Man arcade table, fire pit, and horseshoe pit were great additions! We had a few questions upon arrival and the host answered so quickly. This is an excellent place to stay and we plan to book here again on our next trip to Broken Bow.
We loved everything about this place and would stay here again! They had everything you could need and really thought of all the details. They were also very quick to respond with any questions we had.
The house was extremely comfortable to stay in. I wish we had more days! The weather wasn’t great but the fire pit is setup so nice and there is a secret spot in the woods to go and drink your morning coffee. The bed was comfortable and great water pressure in the shower.
This was a super cute cabin and was perfect for what we wanted and very reasonably priced! Also loved that our pups got to stay with us! The guys loved the pac man machine upstairs! They played it for hours the first night of our stay!
Bearskin Lodge was very comfortable inside and out, and was in a nice area that felt secluded but was very close to town/activities. We really enjoyed our stay!
The cabin was very nice. Loved the wrap around porch and seating, as well as the corn hole games. The kitchen was very nice and well equipped, but could have used a few more mixing bowls (we were making Christmas dinner, which is prob not the norm). We had 7 people in our party, and the dining table accommodated all of us very well. I enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings; it was very clean and worked quite nicely. We used the fire pit all 4 nights. I would say the cabin was very family friendly, but my adult daughters were a little nervous going up and down the stairs to the loft as they said the stairs were a little slippery (not sure if something could be added to help that). The en suite bathroom was nice and roomy, but the main bathroom was a puzzle to maneuver to use the toilet (which I think is pointed out in the description), but everything worked perfectly. The hosts were very nice and responsive. I would definitely stay here again!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bearskin Lodge. The property was just as good as the pictures looked. The location was great...close to the attractions we wanted to go to yet far enough away to be extremely peaceful when it was time to settle down and relax with family.
We really enjoyed our stay! The cabin was super clean, cute, and well stocked with everything we needed! Tucked back in a neighborhood off the main road, it was peaceful, yet close to the attractions at Hochatown and Beaver's Bend State Park. Owners were friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay here again!
We all had a great time. The cabin was very clean. Instructions provided by hosts were accurate and easy to follow. We would definitely stay here again.
We had a wonderful time. The cabin was perfect for our little getaway. Everything was very clean and well stocked. We brought our boat and had a great time on the lake. The whole area is just beautiful!
Clean, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, outside propane grill, and a terrific fire pit all contributed to a great stay....oh and don’t forget to work with Beavers Bend Fly Shop for a terrific half day of fly fishing!
Start of reservation through checkout was easy and enjoyable. Loved the place, location, and amenities. Starter amounts of essentials were a huge plus. Owners’ communication was clear and concise with a helpful amount of outreach and follow-up. Great stay!!
We had a group of 6 women ranging from 21-55 and the place couldn't have been any better! Clean, new and had everything we needed for a weekend stay! Close to town yet so quiet in the mornings you could enjoy your coffee on the wrap around porch. We spent evenings and mornings in the hot tub and enjoyed the walks through the woods around the property. Will definitely book again on our next trip to Broken Bow.
One small hiccup while checking in, but property manager answered the phone call immediately. Cabin was clean, beautiful scenery. Will recommend to others
Very clean, cute little place, great porch with rocking chairs, plenty of blankets :) We enjoyed using the fire pit to roast hot dogs and marshmallows; kitchen was well-stocked.
It was too warm in the house when we got there, (early June) especially in the loft where we were putting kids to sleep- it would have been great if the AC was on sooner/colder. Be aware that the toilet downstairs has very little knee clearance, even kids had to sit a bit sideways- larger adults may have an issue. Master bathroom was very spacious! Overall great stay for 4-6 people :)
Spacious and very clean cabin! The cabin has a giant porch with a few different seating options as well as seating around the fire pit too. The guest bathroom is a little small, but the primary bathroom is very spacious. The creek unfortunately did not have much water, but that was not unexpected for July. The cabin is surrounded by mature tall trees on a very large lot so it felt pretty secluded even though there were some houses across the street. Broken Bow lake and other parts of the state park we went to were really close by (10-20 minutes). The hosts did provide 2 fans for the loft area which were much needed given that I was nearly 100 degrees outside. The AC worked great in the rest of the house, but the loft stayed a little warmer than the rest of the house so the fans helped. The check out instructions were simple. We didn't really need to contact the hosts about anything, but they sent instructions for everything in a timely manner. Check out and check in were easy! Overall it was a great stay and we would rent the cabin again if we return to the area!
