Welcome to Independence Getaway, a captivating vacation home nestled in the refreshing heart of Hochatown, Oklahoma. The Independence Getaway offers an ideal retreat characterized by both tranquility and vibrant community amenities, including the serene Broken Bow Lake, the adventurous Beavers Bend State Park, and the cozy Mountain Fork Brewery—all just a stone's throw away!

This charming 2,500 square-foot abode boasts three generously sized bedrooms and three and a half modern bathrooms, perfectly accommodating family or a group of friends. The primary bedroom is a soothing sanctuary, featuring an elegantly angled bathroom that enhances its modern aesthetics. It includes a glass-tile combination shower, dual sinks, and a luxurious double slipper soaking tub for ultimate relaxation.

Life here dances to the rhythm of comfort and entertainment with five Smart Tv’s across the rooms, ensuring no one misses out on their favorite shows or sports. The expansive living room, warmed by an indoor seasonal fireplace, invites everyone to gather and make memories. Step outside, and the allure continues with a private hot tub, a propane grill for those smoky BBQ evenings, a playful children's playground, and even a horseshoe pit for some friendly competitive fun.

Family Weekend Together

We enjoyed our stay! The cabin is beautiful and spacious. We had 4 adults, 4 teens, and a 7 and 8 year old staying Friday-Sunday. The cabin is just as it looks in the photos. It was clean. The hot tub, horse shoes, fire pit and playground were a big hit. We did drive large vehicles which was a plus. The road in the neighborhood is a bit narrow. If you drive a smaller vehicle or compact car be aware and be careful. You can still make it. Just don’t pull off the paved portion of the road. We definitely recommend the cabin and the stay. Lots to do in the area. Wished we had more time. None of us were ready to leave. Thank you for a great place to stay!

The property was clean and had everything we needed to be able to cook instead of eating out. The kids enjoyed the little play set that was on the property. Beautiful home

This is a beautiful home. We had a great stay. The only issues we had were very minor and were taken care of quickly. Our only thing to say was that in the pictures it does show a grill on the porch but read the description because it does say a charcoal grill is provided. That was on us for not reading and only looking at the pictures. Also the cabin is not secluded. If that is a big to you. It wasn’t to us. All in all it was a great stay. Easy to get to and from the boat dock.

Great cabin and location!

Nice place.

This is the second property we have stayed in Broken Bow. It was a nice house with easy access. Only downfall were a couple of wasps that found their way in an upstairs window. Also the tall windows in the living area need to be cleaned. Not sure how they are missed in routine cleanings. Overall it is a nice place to stay with 6 or less.
