Your perfect large group getaway is waiting at Base Camp—nestled on 2.5 acres in the heart of Beavers Bend State Park with a stunning 20-mile mountain view!

This spacious cabin has 5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and sleeps up to 21 guests, making it ideal for multiple families or groups of friends. The layout is thoughtfully designed for both connection and privacy, with a split floor plan downstairs, a dedicated bunk and game room wing, and additional bedrooms upstairs, including a private king suite with its own balcony. Large open living areas make it easy to gather, while the separate sleeping spaces give everyone room to unwind.

Our on-site housekeeping crews provide a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished, but there are local stores that can assist with any needs that come up!

Other things to note:
- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in a heavily-treed area, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments. If there is an abundance of critters, please inform your host.
- Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage. (this can be done while booking through Airbnb or direct- if booking that way)
- ABSOLUTLEY NO smoking *in* the home.
- Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. We charge $75 for all requests of 2 hour early check-in & 2 hour late check-out, based on availability. Please note we may not be able to accommodate early check-ins/ late checkouts. Please message us for more details.

The property is managed by The Bear Cabins in BB, LLC. Your host is available by text, message, or call during your stay! After booking you will be required to submit a pre-arrival form, show ID, and sign our rental agreement. This property is a contactless self check in. Code will be sent 3 days before check in.
