Over all the place was big enough to accommodate our group of 10. It was clean and convenient to everything. We did have a few small issues but the owner was super responsive and followed with rectifying the issues

The cabin was spacious for my group. The game room provided ample entertainment for my guest. Wish we could have really utilized the theater room but we couldn't figure out how to get the sound working but overall it was very nice. I would definitely book again when the pool availability is there. The host was also very prompt with responding to any questions I had as well

We are in Broken Bow every year and this is the 1st time I've given a 3 star review. This cabin is not easy to locate. Neither Apple or Google map takes you to the actual address. Need to better mark the entrance to the cabin. I did place a call once we couldn't find and told someone would call me back, never received that call. We finally found on our own. When we finally arrived at 3:15, had a 3p check in time, the cleaning lady was still there, said no one told her we were going to be there at 3, and then 2 other people and a child were located on the couch. They stayed another 20 min as we loaded in all of our food and suitcases, super awkward. We noticed that the refrigerator was missing shelves and door shelves as well as it has no interior light. If you read past reviews from 2025, the host claimed that the shelving issues were addressed. I'm here to tell you they were not addressed and that they are still missing. This made is difficult for all the food we brought for 7 people.The instructions we received on our welcome communication for lighting the fireplace were incorrect we then reached out to inquiry, we received the same instructions again. We finally figured it out on our own. I will say, communication was quick, not always correct and Jeremy was our saving grace with the grill. Someone (host) needs to stay here to see all the other issues and there are too many to list here.

Large, wheelchair friendly house.

The property was very clean and ready to go. Our family group contained teens and young adults in addition to us middle age folks. There were plenty of sleeping spaces, as well as 4 1/2 nicely appointed bathrooms. No one ever had to wait to shower. The game room,,theatre room, and pool kept everyone occupied when we were there. My husband is a wheelchair user, and the house overall was pretty accessible, as well as most of the outdoor spaces. We always being a small ramp with us, and that was necessary to get on the front porch to enter the house. The cleanup/checkout process was simple and easy. We would definitely book this house again if we visit this area in the future.

Great little spot!

Stayed there over memorial weekend when there was a bad storm that rolled through. We lost power that morning which put a wrench in some plans. The host also had people on the property to fix a water issue we were not made aware of until they were already there, but they were very communicative and even brought by a basket of goodies for our troubles. Overall a very cute cabin and the host was very responsive with all our questions and concerns.

Mostly clean and enjoyable

There were a few minor issues that caused a bit of frustration, but overall the experience was great! Host was helpful and communicated quickly. the amenities were many and all (except the pool which was usable but not clean or full) were functional. Tons of space! Partially stocked kitchen, but enough to cook most types of meals. Everything was mostly clean- the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were very clean.

Girls trip

14 women had a girls trip. The place was great. I had a few problems there was no sheets for the sofa beds the first night after several calls and text they brought us some sheets for the second night. We went to Broken Bow and bought sheet sets for first night. The property itself was great I will check them out next time we plan a trip

Good stay with issues

It was a nice stay. It was quiet with plenty of room to spread out and plenty to do at the residence and close by. We did run into some isdues that should have been addressed before we arrived. The pool was not operational. It was supposed to be opened as of March 1. The kitchen had an ant problem. The refrigerator did not have all of it's racks and drawers. We were given the wrong combo to get in.

Vergenal Work Trip

WE had a great time! Nice having the game room and theater room. We only did the hot tub as its winter. Enjoyed all couples having their own bathrooms. Only recommendations are that the fridge is missing some shelves so it was not enough shelf space for 4 couples, we enjoy cooking. Cleaning crew could do a better job. But all in all we would rent again. Great Location and close to everything

Wonderful Week!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the "Wild Oasis." The location was just off the highway, but the tree coverage provided nice privacy. The setup of the home was wonderful and accommodated our needs perfectly. We did not encounter any issues while we were there, but the host was responsive to inquiries during the booking. We would definitely recommend this venue. Thanks for allowing us to make your home ours for eight memorable days!

Thanksgiving 2024

Beautiful property a little north of Hochatown. Right on US259 but we never heard any traffic! Convenient to new Choctaw Landing casino and Cedar Creek golf course. Great game room with pool, air hockey, ping pong and a real blackjack table. Big tv’s everywhere which was great for Thanksgiving football games. We had a little problem with WiFi, but this was quickly remedied by property staff. Though it was too cold for the pool, the hot tub was used often (as was the “jacuzzi” tub in the master). Kitchen was well equipped but if you are doing some heavy cooking (such as Thanksgiving dinner) consider bringing any special pots or utensils you may need.

Excellent stay

The property was as depicted on VRBO. Pool and tub were well maintained and house was very nice. Plenty of cookware to cook for our party. We had an excellent stay. Thanks to our wonderful host.
