YOLO Cabin: Near Casino & Lake, Slide on Deck, Hot Tub, Pool Table, Hammock

YOLO Cabin is a custom designed forest retreat. It features floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors throughout, bringing the beauty of nature into the living and dining space at every angle. Sitting on a large, private lot, YOLO has two king-sized bedrooms and a fun bunk room as well as a custom slide twisting from the back deck down to the fire pit and play area. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom. The bunk room also provides a bathtub for the little ones. This cabin is perfect for two families and sleeps a total of 8-10 guests.

Snack at the spacious breakfast bar which seats four and gather for a family dinner indoors or out with each dining table seating six. The kitchen comes fully stocked with utensils needed to prepare and enjoy meals including a Keurig coffee pot that makes individual cups or a full carafe. A double oven range allows you to easily cook multiple dishes, or head outside to the gas grill with a view of your kids swinging on the saucer swings.

Located less than five minutes from restaurants, wineries and activities in Hochatown, YOLO Cabin is a perfect year-round getaway. Watch your favorite team or movie on one of five smart HDTVs, ideally from the hot tub or while lounging next to the gas-burning fireplace. Guest mode on TVs allows you to use your own subscriptions and automatically signs you out upon departure. Please note that gas fireplaces are seasonally available during the cooler months of October-April.

Downstairs Bedroom #1 (sleeps 2) - king bed with Nectar premium mattress, two floating nightstands, dresser, chair, Smart HDTV, luggage rack, and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Upstairs Bedroom #2 (sleeps 2) - king bed with Nectar premium mattress, two floating nightstands, tall dresser, Smart HDTV, luggage rack, and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Bunk Room (sleeps 4-6) - one set of full-over-full bunk beds with Nectar mattresses and one set of twin-over-twin bunk beds with Tuft & Needle mattresses, sleeps a total of 4 older kids or 6 younger kids, smart HDTV and en suite bathroom with tub/shower combo.

Kitchen: electric double range oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, microwave, kettle, pots, pans, dishes, flatware, glassware, grilling tools, toaster, crock pot, blender, hand mixer, waffle maker, pancake griddle, indoor and outdoor dishes.

General Information: This is a pet-friendly cabin with payment of pet fee, maximum of two dogs. Full-size washer and dryer are available in the laundry room. WiFi is provided. Circle drive for boat parking. Please also note that this property uses exterior surveillance cameras facing away from and monitoring activity approaching the cabin's entrances. Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 10, no exceptions.
