“I enjoyed my stay at The Greenland's Inn, the room was very clean and the staff were so lovely. I didn't eat or drink at the bar because of how late I was working so I cannot comment on that. However there is a local area for shopping with places like Sainsburys and M&S, as well as local food spots too (which are really affordable). There can be some noise if there is a party going on but the night it was on when I stayed it was finished around 11pm so wasn't too inconvenient. I would definitely……

“From our arrival to our departure we were made to feel very welcome, we had a lovely night's stay here. The staff were really friendly and helpful and greeted us warmly. The food was exceptional, we had an evening meal and breakfast with timely service and attention to detail. We thought the whole experience of our stay was great and nothing was too much trouble. There was a Farmers Market on in the grounds when we were leaving which seemed to be going well and I'd imagine would bring in more……

“Absolutely great stay… called after booking to ask about check in as we were at an event in town and would be there before check in and maybe late back… could not fault the response from Brian and his team… absolutely superb service. Rooms are functional and represented excellent value for money. Breakfast was freshly cooked and lovely. If you are after a no frills excellent value for money stay with friendly landlord then you won’t go far wrong. ”

“It's very close to some of the Iron bridge attractions, close to the river Severn, and within fairly easy walking distance to the town centre. The room we had was a family room, so more than big enough for us. There was no air conditioning, but a large ceiling fan kept the room cool . Food in the restaurant was excellent. ”
