「Had a wonderful holiday in Craigfryn cottage, on the doorstep for visiting lots of places especially New Quay with coffee shops and food eateries. Michelle made us very welcome from when we arrived until we left, the cottage was clean and well kitted out just one problem the mattress on the bed was very uncomfortable」

「We had a fabulous stay here. The hosts were excellent, providing all the information we needed and even catered for our baby.The cottage itself was immaculate. So much room and beautifully presented. You can't put a price on the view- especially from the hot tub! We had 1 meal at the Angel Inn- proper local pub full of really friendly locals! The only thing to bear in mind is the lack of a village shop nearby- probably a good 25 mins to the nearest supermarket etc.」

"The view is absolutely beautiful. The overall hygiene was ok, with a small bit of stain on the sheet remaining. However, there was one used instant coffee packaging left, probably due to carelessness of cleaning staff. The worst issue was that the shower was completely not working but the hotel gave us this room knowing that there was a electrical failure for the shower. Although the staff was really polite when we raised this issue in the morning, it does not erase the disappointment at night. The toilet also did not work properly, the flush was extremely weak. There was no way of contacting the hotel at night to sort out the shower issue and the reception runs from 3pm to 6pm instead of 8pm as stated here. Would recommend if those management issues were fixed."
