“breakfast was nice, lots of choices for a delightful morning dinning!! but the cleanness need to be improved as we came into the room with a dirty toilet, need to contact the front desk for room cleaning”

“Communication with the host was great and we really appreciated the early check-in. The house was as pictured - great for 2 or 3 people, but not really enough comfortable seating for more. Very handy to Manukau and a quiet neighbourhood. It's on the flight path but we weren't bothered by that. The beds we used were very comfortable, with extra bedding provided. The shower pressure isn't great but there was plenty of hot water. The main downside and the reason we didn't give 5 stars was the lack……

“While the townhouse itself was nice and new, we had some concerns with the state of the cleanliness. I don't think the cleaner is very thorough - on arrival ”

“A great place to stay. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was very comfortable and well maintained. There was one issue for us - the bed has a wooden frame and base which squeak loudly every time you move in the bed. We used ear plugs the second night. Overall though it was excellent and we would stay again. The owner was very friendly and helpful.”

“Neighbourhood and neighbours were great. Felt secured. Great cooking gear and utensils, aircon only downstairs but that’s fine heaters were supplied. I think an upgrade with bedsheets would be great the sickest beds had fresh doona but queen I was sneezing a lot. Bathroom vent needs a clean .washer dryer- was a bit difficult to get clothes dry put thru dryer 4 hrs still wasn’t dry but the heated hanger was great ! Overall pretty good place- we’re repeating customers so we’re ok with it”
