"房卡無功能, 花了50分鐘無法解決, 只好換房間了事. 但處理過程中櫃台人員態度及其經理心態很差. 因為他 們認為我不會用. 期間我來回跑了3次櫃台. 他們才肯過來處理."

"Christine was very welcoming and accommodating with our family and group as we celebrated a college graduation, and two birthdays on her beautiful property. Each room has temperature controls, including the primary bath, and our family felt relaxed throughout our stay."
