「such friendly staff beautiful hotel」

「Another great stay. Was in for anniversary celebration. Last time we stayed at the Philadelphia Four Seaaons they brought champagne and macaroons to our room. Not sure why the Philly property did that but Nashville did not. Other than that all was great. 」

「We stayed 7 days so the rooms weren't cleaned or linens changed daily or every other day. I made our bed daily. We did have clean towels every other day. The thing that bothered me the most was how dirty the windows were while sitting on the couchs looking out at the scenery. The maids and breakfast staff did not understand english, trying to explain I had a severe pepper allergy and needed to know what was in the breakfast foods was a bit frustrating.
