悉尼布魯克維爾酒店住宿推介

「Check in was efficient. All the staff throughout my stay were excellent. Breakfast was great. My criticism is the lack of clothes storage in the room. I had a king Seaview; There was an open hanging space but no drawers and only a couple of shelves for clothes. 「Reliable choice on Northern Beaches」

「Its just OK..」

「The room is clean and the staff are friendly.」

「地點很好，交通便利」

「1. The front staff is rude 2. The USB charging is not in good condition 3. No slippers」

「The coffee cups were not replaced with cleaned ones / washed every day. Used cups were just left in the room. I also saw hair in towel and toothpaste in the sink. Teabags were not refilled.」

「Front line and concierge staff were super helpful and friendly!」

「I only stayed one night for my second day's flight. Unfortunately, the bed was full sell of White Flower Embrocation, obviously house keeper has nose problem that day.」

「Excellent services , good location」

「Near to Metro Station Allocate to a disabled guest room, other thing is very good」

「The room was spacious, clean, and generally comfortable. The bathtub had a clearly visible crack. No complimentary bottled water. The breakfast was also disappointing. Considering the price, Basic items such as smoked salmon and pancakes required an additional charge, which was surprising and poor value for money. In addition, there was only one coffee machine available.」
