"First off, there is no free parking, or parking, no pool, no gym, no continetal breakfast, no microwave in your room, and no A/C or wifi, intwrnet, so no TV. It smells so bad, the furniture is free items they picked up from the side of the street. If you think Im being picky, take a chance and see that I'm telling the truth. Hotels.com had to find me a new hotel, took 6 hours to move me, but It was worth it as I was going to be there for 4 days."

"Overall the hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms were nice, but the layout of the elevators made getting around very inconvenient. The lobby is located on the 70th floor, so every time we left or returned to the hotel we had to go up to the lobby first and then take another elevator down to the ground level. We also had friends staying on different floors, and visiting them meant going up to the 70th floor and then back down again, which became frustrating throughout the stay. We also had mixed experiences at La Boucherie where we went for breakfast three mornings. The first day the service was slow but the food was great. The second day the service improved, but the food was disappointing—overcooked and noticeably smaller portions than the day before. On the third day the service was slow again and the food was just okay. It was also difficult to get basic things like water, coffee refills, or condiments since the servers rarely came back to check on the table. Overall the hotel has great potential, but the elevator layout and inconsistent restaurant service made the experience less convenient than expected."
