Overrated hotel
We spent one night in room 145. There was no elevator connection to the room but the receptionist was very kind to help us carry our two large luggages upstairs through the narrow steep stairs. The room was very spacious had everything you need. But the most disappointing part is the bed, it was composed of two twin beds making it look like a 'king size bed' as described. It was way too soft even for Asian standard. The soundproof was rather poor. We could hear the lady in the opposite room coughing in the middle of the night, and people walking along the stairs early in the morning. Had a bad sleep there.

飯店位置非常好過個橋就可以到附近商店街購物, 飯店人員親切有禮,有需求會馬上會我們服務,整個飯店也是美不勝收,下次有機會再到布魯日會再入住這間飯店

We love it here! Staff is friendly, engaging, and very professional. Rooms are spotless, private, well-appointed, comfortable, and many have a great view. I hate sharing how great it is here, one of Bruges best kept secrets. We will always return for happy memories!

Celebrated New Year's Eve in Bruges, booking two lovely canal-view rooms at a high cost. Despite the hotel's overall beauty, we faced disappointments considering the price paid. No welcome at the entrance; we carried our luggage. Room lacked a dental kit, charged an extra €5 for it. Limited complimentary water, no additional drinks despite room fridges. Daughter's room had only a bathtub, no shower. Positive note: enjoyable breakfast, but inconveniently, the hotel didn't serve dinner or lunch, surprising us.

Perfect location and beautiful stay
Well located hotel with beautiful and comfortable rooms. We stayed with our dog who had a warm welcome with treats in the room.

Tout était parfait. Ambiance agréable, décoration raffinée et chaleureuse. La chambre très confortable avec literie de qualité, le personnel au petit soins et très sympathique. Le Wellness était aussi très bien. À quelques minutes à pied du centre ville et de toutes ses facilités. Nous reviendrons, c’est certain.

Excellent hotel
L'hôtel est très bien situé, a proximité immédiate du centre de Bruges. Le personnel est vraiment aux petits soins, toujours prêt à aider. La chambre était très agréable. C'est un excellent hôtel.

This property is just delightful and the pictures online don't do it justice! It looks the property has recently undergone renovation and it looks fantastic. The personnel is fantastic and the location is perfect for strolling downtown. The only improvement I could suggest to work on is the selection in the menu at the bar. Definitely recommend!

This is a lovely boutique hotel and our room facing the canal was very bright and nicely appointed. The concierge/bartender, Jean-Phillipe, was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable of the history of the hotel and the city in general. He was a pure delight. The breakfast room is beautiful, and elegantly appointed and the breakfast was excellent. The lady in charge told us all about the many kinds of cheeses they offered and was delightful as well as very professional (I think she is the daughter of the owners?) We had two rooms here for us and a friend and although we really loved both the style and convenience of the hotel, we all had difficulty sleeping as the rooms were too warm and there was a lot of street noise, especially when we had to open the windows. The canal view was not worth the sleepless night and hopefully they have quieter rooms available. Since the primary purpose of a hotel room is a place to sleep, it would be worth their while to find a solution to this problem as it is the only blemish, albeit a major one to us.

Hôtel surcoté. Faites attention, ils mettent piscine dans le descriptif puis à la réception du mail de confirmation de la réservation, vous comprenez que c'est 50€ pour 45 minutes de privatisation et que c'est impossible d'y accéder autrement. La chambre n'était pas aussi charmante que celle en photo. On était vraiment déçu pour ces 2 points car c'est ce qui nous avait motivé à choisir cet hôtel malgré le prix. La literie et la salle de bain sont bien. Vraiment le strict minimum dans la chambre pour un hôtel qui se permet d'augmenter le prix à plus de 400€ la nuitée en période chargée. Le parking de l'hôtel est à 39€ pour vos horaires alors qu'il y a un parking à 5 mins à pieds pour 15€ les 24H.

Mooi hotel met goede service. Fijn ontbijt ook! Enige aandachtspunt is de gekke wijze waarop de 2 elektrische laadpalen gebruikt worden. Deze waren helaas al gereserveerd, dus wij konden er met onze auto niet staan. Echter, toen de 2 auto’s arriveerden werd er geen gebruik van gemaakt. Dit is vrij zuur als je zelf dringend wilt laden. Waarom niet een systeem invoeren waarbij je alleen er mag staan als je de auto daadwerkelijk oplaadt?? Dit is veel efficiënter en eerlijk ook. Voor de rest een aanrader als je Brugge wilt ontdekken.

Geachte Mevrouw Hartelijk dank voor uw verblijf in ons hotel en positieve feedback ! We hebben inderdaad 2 elektrische laadpalen ter beschikking. Deze zijn te reserveren op voorhand. Gezien wij over gelimiteerde parkeerplaatsen beschikken is het helaas onmogelijk wanneer onze parking volzet is om wagens die reeds geladen zijn te laten verplaatsen. Tevens zijn er wagens die snel opladen echter nog steeds wagens die niet zo snel opladen. Alvast bedankt voor uw begrip.

The Hotel was lovely which was to be expected for the price charged. It was a bit of a surprise to learn that the spa area could not be accessed without paying an additional fee. Staff were helpful and welcoming.

Yes, the wellness area (pool, sauna & infrared sauna) can be booked for private use which comes with a fee but will guarantee you privacy and serenity in a tranquil space to relax and refresh.While this information is mentioned before you book. Exceeded all expectations
The hotel was amazing and far exceeded our expectations based on the website! The rooms were beautiful, large, comfortable and had incredible bathtubs and fantastic views with windows that open! The staff was extremely friendly and the onsite parking was an unexpected bonus. Truly one of the best hotels we've stayed in.

Me gustó que tiene su propio estacionamiento. Me gustó la vista de las habitaciones que dan hacia el río. Excelente ubicación a una cuadra de la plaza central y restaurantes y tiendas de chocolates. El personal fué muy atento y servicial. Hablan inglés fluído. La habitación está bien pero la cerradura era muy básica y no de tarjeta, fuera de eso. Está bien.

Lovely but expensive
The hotel was excellent but the cost of parking was a shock at check out. 35 euros a night is ridiculous. I should have researched it, spotted it or asked but we were guided to it by the staff and no-one mentioned the price at any time. Everything else was great. The staff could not be more helpful and the location is perfect. But add room, breakfast, parking, drinks altogether its too expensive for what it is.

Relaxing stay in Bruges
Amazing boutique luxury hotel. Perfect for a relaxing weekend away. Ok almost don't want to leave a review so we can keep this place a bit under the radar so it stays so peaceful 😂. The room was spacious and modern but keeps the historic charm of the building. The staff was extremely professional and helpful.

Great Hotel with good service and nice and attentive staff. The hotel is a great location, definitely recommend getting the canal view. Room was big, clean, and comfortable. Slept well every night. They even had a child sized robe and slippers which was a big hit for our son.

Amazing friendly hotel with a great location.
Really magical stay in Bruges, the hotel is in the perfect location for sightseeing within a few minutes walk of the main square. It’s situated on a stunning canal with one of the best views in Bruges. The staff were amazing and so friendly and made us feel welcome. I would definitely recommend to anyone after a romantic stay in Bruges.

Great hotel but a few smaller issues
We really enjoyed our stay but there where a few smaller things that we missed. WiFi didn’t work when you where sitting in the bed and there where no hooks to hang clothes or towels on in the bathroom.
