「First off I reserved and paid for my room thru expidia, when I arrived they said my room wasn't available, but they would upgrade me for the same price. They asked for my card to put a hold for incidentals.
An hour later I looked at my register online and the hotel charged me for the upgraded room, so now I have paid twice. It was pulling teeth to get them to see their mistake and there is no phone number anywhere for expidia, I filed 2 complaints online thru expidia but still no call. Then...

「I explained at check in the hotel was charging me too much, as I had booked on the third party app. They said they couldn’t resolve it while we were there, as there was no manager on site. We were told it would be the next day, but it still was not resolved. They have yet to reach back out, so I have gotten the third party vendor involved to help with the reimbursement.」
