「Perfect place and location for visiting Bowdoin.」

「Great location. Prompt communication from the host. HUGE beds. Kids loved it and didn't want to go home.」

「As mentioned in the listing and other reviews, the property was within walking distance of town, which was very nice. Check in was very easy and the property owner was quick to respond with any questions we had. The property was clean when we arrived. However, I’m not sure why this property got such excellent reviews. It was a decent property but certainly not a 10. We found the reviews misleading. Although they mentioned recent upgrades, the bathroom door was badly damaged on the bottom corner,...

「Studio was so cute! Bed was comfortable. Awesome full kitchen for cooking.」

「It was clean. Not a lot of direction. Nice walking distance to everything.」

「Perfect for what we needed for the week. All that was missing was some oven mitts and maybe a pair of scissors but we made it work!! Great little spot - thank you!! 」

「Great rental! The location was ideal, easy to walk downtown (just one block). Coffee shops and great restaurants along with retail shops.」

「The place was clean, bright, and exactly as shown in the pictures. There were fresh towels (4), toiletries, dishsoap/dishwasher tablets, and an in window AC. The table and bed are both lovely and roomy for two people. Plenty of places to plug in devices. The Seadog brewery was walking distance and would recommend for dinner and a pint. Also enjoyed Dutchman's bagels and Baked on Main (marginally longer walk). We were really happy with our stay!」

「The apartment is ideally located close to restaurants and shopping. It was very clean and perfect for our long weekend in Maine. Spencer was prompt in answering all of our questions and handled a minor repair while we were there. Would definitely stay there again.」

「Don’t go by pictures in the posting this property is not on the water. We were told when we got there but Expedia now using AI to determine what photos to show where and that was supposed to be a photo showing the area a place you could go not outside your back door. She’s going to work on fixing the photos so hopefully she’ll have it fixed. Otherwise, the place was excellent. The host was very nice and polite. We weren’t bothered by noises or anything during the night or during the day. We had...

「Pros: very comfy beds, low cost, close to town you can walk. Pretty clean.Cons: very, very very small shower) about 30” x 30”). So small you cannot bend over to wash your knees. This is a small two bedroom apartment with the bare minimum. Although Brunswick is a very safe town, I grew up here and spent 20 years of my life. Here, there is no deadbolt on the door. There is a deadbolt on the main entrance that leads to the hallway and staircase to the two apartments. Neither have dead bolts.」

「This place was in a great location and just minutes from all sorts of restaurants and bars. Large space with privacy for everyone. 」

「location of property is great. Walkable to town.Apartment is comfortable. Only downside is the one bathroom and its very small sink. While it worked okay, we just found it tough with 4 people and one small bathroom. But, would recommend the property to anyone needing to stay in Brunswick」

「Fabulous place. Very comfortable. But check in policy is listed wrong on VRBO and should be updated. 」

「This was a perfect little place for the weekend. Quiet yet walkable to downtown, I loved this rental. It was the weekend of my father's celebration of life and this was a perfect place to unwind and relax leading up to, and after, the celebration. The couple upstairs have a beautiful black dog, too!」

「This property was the perfect place for my family on our vacation. My son is a wheelchair user and this property was extremely accessible. I would highly recommend this for anyone in similar situation. Travel is not easy for us and we were able to enjoy our vacation without any issues. Everything was organized and welcoming.」

「Excellent location, walkable to the charming downtown of Brunswick, Maine. The owner was helpful and responsive during communications. Entry instructions were accurate and wifi worked well, although there were no other instructions about the apartment (e.g., trash, dishes, etc.). The apartment is one of several in an older building, which means an unusual layout for 3BR & 1.5bath. Some small additions such as kleenex, aluminum foil, saran wrap, laundry soap, basic spices beyond salt and...
