「The cottage had everything you need and accessible to key places to visit in MAINE. The view was spectacular, the best sunrises . If you want peace, grab an Adirondack chair and watch the happenings on Casco Bay.」

「This cozy cottage is in the beautiful town of Phippsburg, next to the break-taking beach of Popham State Park. With its site on the ocean shore, the sound of waves soothes your soul, and the beach lends all kinds of opportunities for exploring both at low tide and high tide. Our host and hostess were very responsive to our needs, and my daughter and I greatly enjoyed out stay.」

「Great, comfortable place to stay. The location is super walkable. There are several bars/restaurants very close, and other areas are close enlighten to walk to as well (I.e. Congress Street). Commercial is a bit of a walk, but if you’re like us and love to walk a new area. It’s not that far. The bed is comfortable and the place was very clean. Communication was great. 「We loved are stay at this beautiful rustic oceanfront home. The large windows along the entire ocean side of the house were a highlight. We view of water, boats, wildlife; sounds of waves on the rocks right outside; and ocean air were at once both invigorating and peaceful. 「The West End neighborhood is gorgeous and the house was perfect for our group of 8. The beds were comfy and the house was incredible—we loved the outdoor area. Just a few minutes walking from great places such as Tandem Coffee and Bakery for coffee. We also leisurely walked from the house to downtown stopping at shops and restaurants along the way.」

「Great island house! Loved how stocked the kitchen was, we had comfortable beds and even beach chairs and cooler. We would definitely stay here again. 」

「As advertised, except for the "walking distance to downtown." It's over a mile, no sidewalks, very hilly bendy road, difficult for cars and the plethora of work trucks to see you. We had some elderly folks planning to stroll into town, but that was a hard no. Maybe ok if you're young and active, but certainly don't plan on safely walking home at night. Otherwise, a pleasant old place. 」

「Check in was easy. The kitchen was extremely well stocked down to a lobster pot to our delight.The setting is beautiful and we very much enjoyed the two level deck. There is a bit of a hike to get to the river. All and all a very peaceful relaxing location. We had 9 adults and 4 children and were very comfortable.」
