I arrived after midnight and the check in was very fast and easy. The person at the reception, Zuhaib, was very professional and accommodating to my requests, and went the extra mile to make sure l had what i needed during my stay. Kudos to him and the hotel for having him!

We had a lovely stay at 9Hotel Chelton. The renovations were great and the rooms and everything were clean. We got in very late and the staff ensured we had a flawless check in experience. Even taking us on a quick tour after we expressed interest in the amenities. The staff was tremendous our entire stay and made us feel welcome and valued. With the exception of one incident when I was trying to utilize the honesty bar and get drinks for my sick girlfriend, I was treated as though I wasn’t a paying guest by one woman staff in particular. Besides that, we loved the location and the breakfast. The dining space was a bit tight for the amount of people during our stay but still a pleasant experience. I would definitely stay again (hopefully during the warmer season).

Beautiful hotel, nice staff. But a period of inconsistent cleaning quality. My room was 2 hours late in being ready for check-in. I asked for no cleaning service on day 2, yet service people came into the room, leaving the toilet running a flow of water for hours (why didn't they fix it?)
