飯店人員非常友善,因為我們是早上抵達,因此櫃檯人員先型給我行政酒廊的感應卡讓我們能夠在那邊休息。下午時剛好有位中文母語的員工替我CHECK IN,她主動詢問我們三人入住是否需要加床,非常貼心。

The first day we got in without any complimentary water bottle in the room so they gave us a huge bottle after we requested. When we got back the second day, the huge bottle was gone and replaced with 2 small usual complimentary water bottle but one was already opened.

In posizione centrale a due passi dalla Grand Place un hotel con camere molto confortevoli e dal bel design ristrutturate di recente. Ottima colazione varia tipica di un hotel di catena di livello elevato. Divertente la postazione per farsi i waffle. Personale molto cortese e disponibile, in particolare un collaboratore italiano del ristorante (di cui purtroppo non ricordo il nome) che ha fatto di tutto per consigliare il cibo più adatto a mio figlio che non si sentiva bene e ci ha fornito un piccolo box con pane e frutta da portare in camera. Qualche elemento minore da migliorare: dispenser del detergente della doccia vuoto al check-in, immediatamente sostituito su richiesta, scarsa pressione dell'acqua nel bagno, forse per eccessive ambizioni di sostenibilità ambientale. Nel complesso una buona scelta.

I had a great stay here for 2 nights last week. The hotel and room was modern, clean, spacious and a pleasure to spend time in. Dinner and cocktails in the restaurant was great, as was my room service breakfast. I found staff very helpful and friendly. Bed very comfy and hotel is in a GREAT location. Would 10/10 recommend. A far cry from the terrible Marylebone Marriott I’ve since stayed at!! Will happily stay here again when I revisit Brussels with my husband.

Poor experience.
We will not stay here again. The biggest issue was the room was uncomfortably hot even though the outside temperature during the day never went above 74 degrees Fahrenheit. The first 2 nights we were able to open our window which made the room cool but the last 2 nights the window was locked. Both evenings the hotel staff was unable to send someone to unlock the window saying they did not have an engineer on the weekends to unlock the window. We heard many people complaining about the warm rooms. How sad that a Marriott in the heart of Brussels is unable to unlock a window on Saturday or Sunday If you enjoy coffee in the morning with breakfast you will be disappointed if you are there when there are many people. They have 1 slow coffee machine for all the guests eating breakfast and the line was often long and in the way of other guests getting food. The elevators are not synced so people push the buttons on all of them. You will stop at many floors with nobody there on the way up or down. This is strange and unlike any hotel we have ever stayed at. The staff is very friendly and tries to be helpful but there is nothing they can do but apologize. We heard them apologize many times to many people during our stay. We stay at many Marriott’s around the world and this was this first poor experience. The hotel location is great and staff friendly but we will not stay again.
