Someone broke into my room when i was not in hotel. My luggage was opened and searched for valuables. The frontdesk said there was only one roome key and kept by me. Seems it is done by hotel room service staff. Very bad experience

Dear Samuel, Thank you again for bringing this issue to our attention. The safety and security of our guests is always our top priority. As discussed in our previous conversations, our team has done everything possible— after seeing the footage we are in cooperation with the Gare du midi Police Department—to further investigate about these unknown faces, which managed to break in. I am so sorry that we have not been able to resolve this at the moment the guest checked-out. We will be happy to refund the guest partially, the night he did not stay within our establishment.

旅館隔壁有工程正在進行，上午6點就在敲敲打打，無法好好睡覺，房間很寬、設備也很基本，如果你需要冷氣遙控器必須跟櫃檯拿

近南火車站，房間內會聽到火車聲
近南火車站，街口轉角有地鐵站，走路到布魯塞爾廣場要20分鐘。職員尚算有禮，但附近除了火車站內，没有太多餐廳選擇，房間內會聽到火車駛過的聲音，有點吵，但以布魯塞爾的住宿價格來說，還算經濟實惠。

酒店位置近地鐵站，床褥好舒服，住個咁多間酒店，唯一一間有冷氣機提供。整體唔錯，唯一係櫃枱小姐冇咩笑容。

乾淨又舒服。廁所隔音很好，用吹風機也不會吵到外面睡覺的人。櫃檯先生很輕切，認真滿足我們的需求。 離車站和地鐵近。值得推薦。

Not good if you want to get online.
Wifi would cut you off after a while and you couldn't get on afterwards. When I told the front desk about it, the response was him looking into his smartphone and said "Well, I'm connected." No help whatsoever. I stayed there for two nights and couldn't really get online. The room has no refrigerator so you can't items from the nearby grocery store (Cheaper) and keep it cold for later (after stores have closed). The location was good, right in front of Brussel-Zuid (Bruxelles-Midi) station. Not a whole lot to choose from for food in that area though. The room was clean but the bathroom was a little on the small side. No tub.

The hotel is located near train station, around 5 mins walk. The breadfast is not included. The room is quite large compare with similar standard hotel.

Valido solamente si necesitas estar cerca de la estacion para ir un dia a burjas y otro a gante, por lo demas, mala experiencia. El hotel estaba en obras, goteras que parecian cataratas en el baño (nos cambiaron de habitacion), no habia comedor por las obras, el desayuno tenia que ser para llevar. Por la zona no quedan europeos, no esperes ver buena gente. Como bueno, la atencion, dentro de lo que podian, era buena y el desayuno abundante

Nous avions commandé une chambre avec un lit double et en arrivant après 1000 kms la personne de l accueil nous informe qu il y avait plus de chambre a lit double Nous avons dormi dans une chambre avec deux lits Sympathique le week-end…. De plus l hôtel est en travaux ,il fait très froid dans l immeuble les chambres sont très basiques la climatisation est en panne et la salle de bain est d époque ( baignoire cassée,joints salle et creux et la porte de wc est coulissante ,merci l intimité !!! Bref pour le prix on s attendait à beaucoup mieux Un conseil si vous voulez passer un petit moment avec votre moitié, évitez le Jerome

In the pictures the hotel and rooms look like nice place to stay, but at the moment of enter to the lobby most of the forniture and general view is old and in not too good shape. The carpet of the room was very old and with aspect of years of use, but the worse is the bathroom. The cleanness was very poor, the floor was sticky when we entered into it the tub had blac mould in some places. After taking the shower, the water was not flushing it self and we tried several times to release the lock of the floor to let the water go but it was stock.
