fantastic hotel, cozy room, helpful receptionist and technician as the room door couldn't lock properly. many nice restaurants nearby and close to tram station.

The hotel is located in a very central area, very accessible by trams. It is nearly to University of Brussel. The facility is really modern.

Spacious room in a quiet neighborhood
Very beautiful room and decoration. With all the living supplies and spacious bathroom. There's a water kettle and some tea, which are very handful. Wifi was somehow off when I was there. It wouldn't redirect me after I logged in. Hope they fixed the problem by now. Front desk is polite and helpful. The bar seems nice but not many options for drinks. If you're for business trip, it'd be a wonderful place to meet people. Not in city center, but tram station is two steps away. There's also a brunch place on the next block.

3 nätters resa för att hälsa på sonen som studerar i Bryssel. Perfekt med trevligt läge. Nära till ett litet Carrefour och bra allmänna kommunikationer . Missa inte att besöka The Rustic table på Ave Louise 423 för brunch eller fika!

De la rénovation à faire
Bel établissement, salle de restaurant, hall d'accueil, avec de beaux décors , néanmoins, les chambres auraient besoin d'une remise en état, odeur désagréable en rentrant dans la chambre, la moquette et les tissus absorbent les mauvaises odeurs - Nous avons peu avoir une autre chambre, mais l'odeur était la même, l'hotel est un peu loin du centre ville de bruxelles - excellent petit déjeuner - copieux - Autre chose, impossible de prendre un verre dans le salon le dimanche soir !

We booked two rooms and stayed with our children for three nights on the 7th floor facing the road.Hotel staff's were excellent.but the noise from the tram travelling up and down was so bad we couldn't have a proper night sleep.

OK, but decor/feel feels a bit tired.
I feel like this place/well, mainly the rooms, could do with some TLC. The kettle didn't work, one of the sockets was hanging off the wall, fan didn't work in toilet, sockets didn't work unless the light was on (!!!), not many sockets in general, bath took ages to run and water wasn't as hot as you'd expect. So yeah, could be good. Location good with tram nearby. Restaurant closed.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel was warm and clean, but very characteristically period european rather than modern european furnishing. This added to the character and charm, but with a dated charm are also some features that would benefit from rejuvination. A fully functional hotel, comfortable and safe and at the higher end of the price bracket.

Elderly but decent hotel
The hotel is in a mostly residential area far from the touristy parts of Brussels. Staff are very friendly, smiley and helpful, although I had to remind them twice to deliver a chair to my room as there was nowhere to sit at the desk. The room was comfortable enough - especially the bed - but it has seen better days: furniture was old and chipped, a cupboard door would not close properly, the water flow from the shower was extremely weak and dribbly, and the temperature of the water fluctuated unpredictably between scorching hot and tepid. Finally, the a/c did not work effectively for cooling the room and did not seem to work at all for heating: the lights were on, but nothing happened. Overall, I would say the hotel is good but old and needs maintenance.
