Chips kruimels van de vorige gast lagen nog onder het bed. De badkamer ruikt naar een aardappelhok, de buren zijn luid en duidelijk te verstaan via de lucht afvoer. Badkamer is slecht afgewerkt, kit naden sluiten niet aan, hoekbechermers zitten los en zijn beschadigd. Kamer is erg klein, een cel in de gevangenis is nog groter. In de nacht wordt je wakker door alle sex geluiden. Het is er erg gehorig je hoort echt alles, ook als er iemand door de gang loopt. Het ontbijt is erg beperkt, er wordt gewoon wat kaas op tafel tafel gezet, geen rekening houden met allergieën. Het is geen buurt om in de avond nog even een wandeling te maken.

Pas de personnes présentes à la réception a notre arrivée... Un porte serviettes serait essentiel dans la salle de bain de 1m2.. et pas de table pour un petit déjeuner nous nous sommes fait rembourser... Personnels néanmoins agréable..

Not Worth your money, the property Manager is a crook he doesnt even say hai to you, No Ac on the property and its damn expensive for the area its surroundings, I wouldnt recommend even my enemy to be in this property

hellobe honest, and respectful for our customers and for us. and don't say anything. hotel phenix does not have air conditioning, where did you see that we said that we have air conditioning.and what you have to pay is much cheaper, compared to the Brussels market that day! and if we are full every day that means that many customers like our hotel, but we respect your opinion. best regards

This hotel is a 20 minute taxi ride to town centre very impractical for one night. No air conditioner and very hot in summer, you can ask for a fan. They are completing major construction on the outside of the building at the moment so very noisy.

Worn down hotel on a very busy and loud street. Sounded like the road was going through my room. Cracks in the walls and mold in the bathroom. I won't stay here again.

Dépanne pour 1 nuit réservée en last minute, la personne à l'accueil était aimable et la literie faisait l'affaire. En revanche pour son prix la "suite" n'a de "suite" que sa taille et encore. L'impression d'un vieil appartement maladroitement reconverti en chambre familiale et qui mériterait une bonne rénovation et de l'entretien. Que l'ascenseur n'aille pas jusqu'à l'étage de la suite, c'est dommage (d'autant qu'on doive traverser 1 étroit couloir pour rejoindre le bon escalier) soit, passons. Arrivés devant la chambre : un écriteau à moitié décollé, une porte bien abîmée, passons encore. MAIS: un canapé plein d'alvéoles, des rideaux sales et troués, une ancienne canalisation laissée à l'abandon, des trous et fissures dans la plupart des murs et des meubles, un coffre qui semble être tombé de la chaise d'à côté et laissé posé à la verticale, la porte "coulissante" de la salle de bain avec laquelle il faille livrer bataille pour (très difficilement) la faire coulisser, un pommeau de douche défectueux, des interrupteurs inutiles, une unique veilleuse qui semble d'une autre époque et surtout qui ne fonctionne pas (après vérification, il n'y avait pas d'ampoule donc forcément!), un petit ventilateur un peu sale posé sur une chaise loin de toute prise électrique, un wifi assez moyen, des toiles d'araignée (habitées), sans oublier les odeurs d'égouts émanant de la salle de bain de bon matin (je comprends mieux pourquoi toutes les fenêtres étaient ouvertes à notre arrivée)...
