Absolutely recommended!
The hotel follows the COVID-19 social distance policy. The reception is very friendly and even provides us an upgraded room. The location is right also very convenient. All the tourist attractions are nearby. There is private parking next to the hotel.

房間滿大的,但看得出來有點年紀。房間的空調壞了,跟櫃台反應其實有處理,但因為櫃台客人很多,所以要做決定有點急迫。室內燈光比較少,有點太暗。

Good location
the hotel is close to the brussel central station, just a 5 mins walk. location is great! there was a strange smell in the hotel lobby, the room was a bit old fashion, room light is not enough, the temperature of shower water is not stable. overall speaking, the credit goes to the location of the hotel, but the hotel itself is just normal.

Very good service ,we have arrived the hotel 11 o'clock in the morning , the counter staff very kindly and no hesitation just let us check in , that's really intimate act for someone who traveled with tired . regretly,I forget to ask his name. 住宿体验很不错,离布鲁塞尔大广场特别近,周边景点餐饮和bar均是步行可达。房间挺大的,夏天住在四楼,和喝着ice tea,看晚霞,真的超级美呀~

Jeg kunne lide personalet i receptionen. De var meget servicemindet. Bl.a. da vi ikke ønskede at sove med en fælles dobbeltdyne, blev det løst med det samme. NH Brussels is centrally located, minutes from the train station and minutes from the Grand Place and the surrounding streets that offer numerous dining and site seeing opportunities. The hotel itself is comfortable; the staff is very friendly and helpful; the breakfast was varied, plentiful, and well presented. The rooms are more than adequate, although one negative is in the bathrooms. They are obviously refurbrished (I would guess recently), but the bathtub is problematic. It is unusually high without any grab bars. There is also an immovable glass partition that doesn't help. Seems to me a situation waiting for an accident.

グランプラスから徒歩2、3分の場所にあり、ギャルリーサンチュベールの隣とも言える好立地ホテルでした。 裏手にヒルトンとスーパーマーケットのカルフールがあります。 バスタブ付きのお部屋で熱めのお湯もたっぷり出てきました。 2週間のヨーロッパ旅行でしたが、このホテルのお風呂が一番良かったです。 受付の方も親切でした。

Everything is in a poor condition..
Location, staff and breakfast was great, however we we’re puzzled as to how this hotel could ever have gained 4 stars. Everything is in a poor condition, the balcony door in our room didn’t close properly, leaving the room drafty (in January!). Staff was nice and offered us to change rooms, which we should have accepted, however our plans didn’t leave time for it. A portable owen was placed in the room, so we could keep warm, as the door couldn’t be fixed!

Forced to switch hotel
When I arrived at the hotel to check in, the staff indicated me that due to an issue with the rooms they had to relocate me to another NH (6 mins walk away). Even though they included breakfast and supposedly upgraded me (which did not seem true because it was a twin bed room with a very odd bathroom setup. I originally had booked for a double bed room), it was quite inconvenient because it was farther from the place I had business meetings. Moreover, the location of the switch hotel was farther from the main city centre.

スタッフの方がとても親切でした。 おすすめのレストランも親切に教えてもらいました。 場所はヒルトンの横で駅のメインの出口を出て左側の道を歩くと着きます。ノボテルホテルの対面です。 入り口の近くに無料のお水とハリボーがあり助かりました。 部屋は清潔で、広さも十分ありました。 アメニティはタオルとハンドソープシャンプーコンディショナーがありバスタブがあります。 枕元に電源がなく少し不便です。 間接照明なので少し暗いです。 ありがとうございました。

Hôtel délabré et très cher pour la qualité des chambres et du service. Les chambres sont mal équipées pour un 4 étoiles, ma chambre est détériorée, les robinets sont sales, impossible de régler la température de l'eau. Sur la description de l'hôtel il est écrit ''salle de sport'' mais en fait elle n'est pas dans l'hôtel mais dans un autre hôtel situé à 5 min à pied, la blague! L'hôtel est bruyant, mal insonorisé avec l'extérieur. Personnel pas aimable. Nous avons été réveillé à 8h du matin pour le ''coeaning service'' de la chambre, c'est du grand n'importe quoi. Bref, un prix exorbitant pour une qualité très médiocre.

If there is an option to rate "0", I will rate "0" on this property. Expedia should not post and mislead the customers this is a 4-star hotel. Expedia should move the incorrect pictures on your website. We did not stay in this hotel. We called Expedia for help but nothing Expedia could do. We had to pay the hotel in full even though we did no stay in. We had to move another hotel and paif for the extra expense.
