Overall is good
Shower room is big. And the check in counter is so nice and friendly to us. The room is a little bit of dark when the sun is down or the curtain is on. I would suggested the hotel to put more light in the room. Otherwise, I do like this hotel.

飯店地理位置和房間品質都很棒
飯店距離布魯塞爾中央車站徒步僅需3分鐘！飯店位在大教堂的後方，周圍不是鬧區而是辦公大樓，相較之下無論白天或夜晚都很安靜，安全無虞。飯店距離大廣場徒步5~8分鐘就會到，離觀光巴士上下車的位置(大教堂前面廣場旁)也是非常近，同時中央車站正門出來左前方就會看到家樂福Express，便於購買日用品、飲用水、水果等等。總之地理位置大推！ 我入住的是Duluxe Room，房間品質很好，一個人住空間很寬裕，床鋪軟硬適中，空調有冷暖氣可以選擇，不怕太熱太冷。房內有附熱水壺跟膠囊咖啡機，可以享用免費的茶跟咖啡，而小冰箱裡的飲品食物是需要付費的。浴室沒有浴缸，淋浴間備的是可移動式蓮蓬頭，飯店提供的盥洗用品很好用！ 如果你是早班機抵達布魯塞爾想要一早就辦理入住，記得在訂房時在備註欄位寫上要求，有很大的機會飯店會提前安排好房間可以入住喔！

Very convenient, about 3-4 mins walk from the central station, 8mins walk to the city centre. The room is very nice, beyond expectation. Spacious and clean bathroom. Comfy beds. Clean towels were given at the the door when the "do not disturb" sign was put up. Great variety in the breakfast buffet. Appreciate the swift action of the hotel staff. Requested for the iron and iron board at the reception once, and they were brought at our door right away.

Nice and comfry hotel
Close to brussels central train station, metro and grand plaza. Convenient location. Upgraded to deluxe room so room size is very satisfactory. Staff is helpful and polite. Have a quiet environment. However be careful to state clearly if you want twin or double room. They are in the same room type in hotels.com. Therefore if you do not specify, they will just give you whatever they have when you checkin. I think hotels.com need to separate twin room and double room in two room types.

A great choice!
The location of the hotel is awesome - close to the main station and Grote Markt (The Grand Place) is within walk distance, which make it easier if you are taking the train in your journey. Staff are polite and helpful. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Eastern chocolate egg is a wonderful surprise in the morning! Highly recommend this hotel!

We had a great stay at Pillows hotel. The check-in experience was really nice. The hotel smelled nice. There were welcome cards and chocolates on our bed, hand cream and complimentary water on our night stands. The shower was so comfortable, with Pillows shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, slippers and robes. The TV was a smart TV. And there was a small radio/speaker. I enjoyed watching movie at night and playing music in the morning. We didn't ask for room service since we were only staying for 2 days. But when we came back to our room, there was a bag with clean towels and new shampoo/conditioner which was no sweet. The St Michael and St Gudula Cathedral is right around the corner so every morning we heard loud bell ring, but it didn't bother us. We didn't receive a room upgrade for Expedia VIP, because the hotel was fully booked. But we had a wonderful experience nonetheless.
