TV screen is small. First day we checked-in at 10 pm in front of the main gate there is a car parking by the street but with breaking car window and there are also shards of glass along the street. Be sure to park in the parking space provided by hotel but there is a special route for the parking.

Parking is a little complex when you forst arrive requires better sign posts or ones that are well lit. Check in staff were quite laid back for Ramada experience. Didnt feel a connection to the hotel however the staff next day were much happier and interactive. AC unit was not working and telephone was dead. Engineer fixed that. Overall 5/10 was expecting much more from Ramada.

Personnel très agréable mais l’entretien laisse à désirer. La porte de la salle de bain ne fermait pas bien et si on forçait, le chambranle se détachait ! La planche du haut est d’ailleurs tombée. Tâches de moisissures sur le rideau de douche.

We had a very pleasant stay at Ramada while visiting Brussels in November. It’s a short 20minute commute from the airport. There is also a bus stop right in front of the hotel which makes travel in and around easy. Reception staff was very friendly with Mr Muhammed who received us very kindly explaining how to get around in Brussels via public transport and arranging a cab for us for early next morning. The room was adequate but bit small but as we were spending most of the time outdoors was not an issue. Breakfast was nice with a decent spread and very friendly staff. There are shops and markets within walking distance and nice areas to go for a walk close to the hotel. Overall had a great stay at Ramada.

Comfy rooms, staff are pleasant, rooms are just a little "battered" in bathrooms etc. Good showers, I wouldnt have a problem staying again. Location wise was not perfect for me but that was my own fault!

Das Bad war unsauber und voller Schimmel, das Zimmer hatte nur 1 Stuhl, sonst nichts, Kofferablage sowie Türen und Zargen waren kaputt. Obwohl lt Internet in jedes Zimmer vorhanden sein sollte fehlte die Möglichkeit sich ein Kaffe zu kochen und 24/7 Zimmerservice fehlte weil Bar und Restaurant (im Haus) einen externen Betreiber hat und der ab 22.00 schliesst. Der Parkplatz ist hinter dem Haus aber um dahin zu kommen ist ein Umweg von ca. 7 km notwendig. Eine Info darüber und wie man dahin kommt wurde uns vom Empfang verschwiegen ("das weiß doch jeder der hierhin kommt" und "ich hab keinen Führerschein, ich komme mit dem Bus"). Trotz freundlich entgegen gebrachte Verständnisäußerungen gab es keine Lösungen bzw Kompensation (Fürs Navi: Parkplatz ist in col de phynx und nur über Abfahrt Woluwe zu erreichen)

l'hôtel est situé à proximité d'un centre hospitalier où je dois me rendre régulièrement. Malheureusement, malgré 4 étoiles annoncées et une superbe localisation, il s'agira de mon dernier séjour dans cet établissement. En effet, la télévision ne fonctionnait pas, impossible de joindre la réception vers 20.00 afin de demander assistance; impossible de prendre un café avant 18.00 (heure d'ouverture du bar); petit déjeuner horriblement bruyant car fortement fréquenté par des groupes de voyageurs.

The problem is the property is located walking distance to nothing. If you don't have a car, don't stay there. You can't even get a cup of coffee from a corner store without 20 min walk.

Additionally, we offer a Grab&Go area at the reception with snacks, and our bar is open until 11 p.m. where you can get a pot of hot water free of charge. Staff handling of free breakfast was a disaster- We were practically "chased" away from the breakfast area and told it was not set up for us on our first day!. 2 different breakfast areas was set up, and one area practically had all empty serving trays. We attempted to go to the other area and was chased away and made to put back the fruit we tried to take. Later after another guest confronted a staff member and we got the manager, they apologized for the confusion. The area where there were empty trays was for the "free" breakfast and those of us who paid was supposed to be ushered into the area where there was an abundance of food. It was addressed and we were received very positively by the dining room staff following this incident. There was the second matter of asking for a wake up call. we asked 3 days in a row. Only ONE day was a call received. One out of 3 is pretty unreliable service!

Hotellet passar när du åker bil då det ligger långt ut från centrum. Bäddsoffan var sönder i mitten och vi fick titta på ett annat rum men den var inte bättre så vi behöll det sista rummet. Rummet var aningen slitet men städningen var bra och toaletten fräsch.

Vårt läge är verkligen idealiskt för gäster som reser med bil eftersom vi ligger mellan stadens centrum och flygplatsen och vi är glada att ni uppskattade det. The hotel was very nice. We ordered adjoining rooms through Expedia, but somehow the request was separated and our family of five was placed on the first and fourth floors. I protested and they fixed the problem (we were placed on the fourth floor in rooms next to each other but not connecting). The restaurant seemed to have a nice but very expensive menu. We ordered pizza (but not with their phone at a cost of 2 Euros a minute). The gym needs a make-over (in a dank basement). Make sure that you have tickets for the bus if you travel with kids from the hotel as they require each passenger to pay with a credit or bank card. The staff were very kind in ordering us a taxi from the hotel to the airport. However, we did not get a wake-up call for each room the following morning (so do not rely on that as a back-up); when we let them know, the attendant told us that the previous staff did not leave him a note. Taxi ride to the airport was swift and easy (about a 10 minute ride).

I think the staff's friendliness and hospitality was the property's winning point; the smiles were genuine, and they seem to get along and respect each other too. Besides that, there was a bus stop right outside the hotel and both directions had connections to the city center. The only negative point to the property (and that is just for me) is that the local TV channels were unavailable. I don't watch TV at home and like to indulge when I travel. Anyway, great place to stay if one wants to have access to the city, but not be downtown.

Sejour famille amis arrivée ds hotel puis ds chambre faillit me faire avoir un morceau de fer ds cuisse en m'asseyant sur canapé lit. Heureusement accueil reagit illico en déplaçant un agent qui coupe ce fer. J'ai frôlé la fin de mes vacances. Lampe près tete de lit HS. Pas de réparation possible. Pas de laverie non plus alors qu'il existe sur site. .
