Welcome to our cozy and clean apartment, perfect for small families or couples. Perfect for a game day home base. Located conveniently near A&M and local eateries, our place offers a homely atmosphere with thoughtful touches. Rest easy with well-lit, secure parking, as well as dual-level security with a code to enter the building and another to enter your room. About this space.
This spacious studio style second floor apartment is great for a couple with children. The couch opens to a full-size bed. Easy walking distance to downtown and the historic Kyle House, home of Polite Coffee company with its coffee uniquely roasted in Bryan. Together with The Hideaway and The Magnolia Bloom apartments a family could have the entire second floor landing to themselves. A fully equipped kitchen and an in-apartment washer and dryer make this more than a sleepover.

Cozy Haven

The property was cozy and easy to find with a clean and well kept parking lot. I loved having a little kitchen (even though I didn’t use it this visit) and a separate area with the tv. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. The host communicated quickly. Overall this apartment was the cozy haven I was looking for for the weekend.

Bryan getaway
