Traditions: New Home, 2mi-A&M/Wlk-Legends Evnt Ctr
Brand new home, 4 bedrooms (sleeps 10) and 3.5 baths with reserved parking. This home is walking distance to Legends Events Center/Midtown Park and right down South College from Texas A&M University (Literally, one turn and you are at the Texas A&M campus...2 miles). The home and the location could not be better for access to all things Texas A&M, tournaments at the Legends Event Center, Top Golf...and you can even walk to the new Schulman Theater and catch a movie. It truly does not get better than this in Bryan/College Station. Guests love our beds...3 of the bedrooms have comfy KING beds and the fourth has two comfy Queens and a TV. The home also features a washer and dryer for your convenience. Oh and yeah...enjoy the Southern porches!

The property was very nice and clean and the host was prompt to respond to any questions. !However, if you drive larger vehicles; full size trucks or suburbans, etc. the parking is tight, and only 3 spaces available. We had family coming in from different locations, so we had to park the fourth vehicle at a friend’s house. Also, don’t let the “Traditions” Hook fool you- this is not located in the “Traditions” Neighborhood off Villa Maria.
