「So I’m leaving this review here because it’s what we booked, but we actually ended up staying at the property next door (the Flat) because after booking we asked Lisa if she was able to accommodate us one night early. There was someone staying in the Tiny Home that night so she let us know that the property next door, The Flat, was available both nights and we could stay there instead. We were happy to accept and thankful she was able to make the adjustment for us to come in one night earlier....

「The host is very accommodating and responds quickly to questions. The townhouse is located within walking distance to the railroad and downtown, so it's perfect for the Polar Express. It was clean and comfortable, and had everything you could need EXCEPT reliable internet. The internet is very, very slow. 「We had a wonderful stay! The home was extremely clean, comfortable, and truly pet-friendly. Communication was excellent, we were even notified that the place was ready early and offered early check-in, along with a thoughtful travel playlist and clear checkout instructions. 「Water's Edge was just as described. It was clean, so organized, comfy and had everything we needed to accommodate our family. The beds and pillows were great, the kitchen well stocked, and you couldn't ask for a better location so close to town and The Polar Express.
