Bad communication in English at front desk and restaurant!! It took 4 days for someone to fix our tv and the 3 English channels didn’t work good!! And no Canadian channel!! No phones in room! No towels given in room a few days! Had a terrible room to start with!! And no activities or entertainment!! ...

The rooms are nice, the staff is excellent, the hotel is very modern and clean. If we had booked an ocean view room I would give it a much better rating. We booked a 'mountainview' because that was all that was available. The noise coming from the back of the hotel - Street / highway/ beach access ...

The Staff were wonderful. Rooms were very clean and enjoyed our pool. It was warm and clean. Unfortunately there is a lot of construction going on and daytime was noisy, no fault of of the Refugio Hope to go back when the building construction is completed
