「I booked this stay with my partner to celebrate our anniversary, expecting a luxurious experience for a portion of our otherwise budget-friendly trip. Unfortunately, it fell far short of expectations.
Upon check-in, we were informed of an “upgrade” due to electrical issues with our room.
