讚好：設施服務和住宿狀況
The place looks like the photos, we did not get instruction for check in and tried to contact the manager regarding this with no success. Finally the manager reached out to us after many call to Expedia for support. then the manager wanted us to go to another location first and meet him and then he would take us to the apartment. We told him We arrive late in the evening and would be inconvenient for us to keep moving from place to place. The entry code for the lock box was wrong and having no internet connection we could not contact the manager. Very frustrating.
The next morning at 7:00 am we woke up to the laud construction tools and hammering noise. We called the manager. But nothing was done to stop the noise from disturbing us every day and wake us up early every day. If you want to get any rest at all, look for another place.
One of the employees confirmed that there has been many complaints about the noise from other guests and they had to be relocated.
nicely decorated apartment but missing many practical necessities such as shelving in bathroom, towel racks, and a very small elevator. I give the place 4 star for cleanliness and decoration, 1 star for check in and bad bad rating for guest experience!
