Here at Park Inn by Radisson, we do have different types of decors which are usually up to our guests' liking due to the diversity they offer. I am really sorry that you found your allocated room to be different than the photos, however I would like to assure you that all the amenities and room offerings are the same, regardless of the decor. The comments you have raised regarding the poor service from our staff have been noted and passed on to the relevant Heads of Department for remedial actions to be taken and also your observations about the temperature have been discussed with the Engineering Manager to make sure he will reinforce with the team the importance of all details while checking the rooms as our guest’s comfort is our main guideline.
