Furniture and plumbing in the room are quite outdated but functional. However, it was pretty clean. Since there is a kitchenette, I would recommend you to have napkins.

The property is only 4* because it shares some of the facilities with the actual 4* Radisson hotel, the Park Inn is more like apartments which I wasn’t aware of before booking. The first ‘room’ I was given was more like a studio apartment which sounds great but in 30c weather the AC wasn’t working, when I raised this with reception the staff on shift during the day didn’t really care but apparently sent an engineer after I went out for dinner but when I returned nothing had been done about it. The night shift however were more helpful and ‘upgraded’ me to a 2 bed apartment which was in worse condition than the first but at least 2 of the 3 AC units worked in there. Going back to the condition of the apartments, both of the ones I was give. Looked nothing like the pictures on any of the listings with red trimmings, they were both simple old fashioned looking with a lot of wear and tear on everything. I would give the property 2* based on condition, 3* because of the shared facilities however definitely worth the price and a disgrace to the Radisson name

I am naturally disappointed to find that you did not enjoy your experience with us. Here at Park Inn by Radisson, we do have different types of decors which are usually up to our guests' liking due to the diversity they offer. I am really sorry that you found your allocated room to be different than the photos, however I would like to assure you that all the amenities and room offerings are the same, regardless of the decor. The comments you have raised regarding the poor service from our staff have been noted and passed on to the relevant Heads of Department for remedial actions to be taken and also your observations about the temperature have been discussed with the Engineering Manager to make sure he will reinforce with the team the importance of all details while checking the rooms as our guest’s comfort is our main guideline. It is thanks to such valuable comments like yours that we are able to further improve our services for which we are very grateful. Decent place to stay
Great location hotel but the rooms are quite dated. Check in and check out both to a long time as there’s only ever seemed to be one person on reception, even when they were busy. We had loads of space in our room for the four of us. The beds were comfy but the pillows were really soft. Also, the balcony had no furniture so it was nice to have a balcony but pointless with nowhere to enjoy it! The pool area was nice and a great respite from the heat. Overall probably not worth what we paid but a decent stay overall.

Lovely boutique hotel in the pedestrian zone in Bucharest. Offsite parking was provided along with assistance with luggage. As the parking is very tight, some 'juggling' of cars was required to be able to exit. The front office staff provide excellent service.

Great hotel
Great hotel. Very spacious room with a living room and a small kitchen. Outdoor pool area was fantastic. We got 2 hours extension for our check out which was really nice as our flight wasn't until in the evening. Great location - 20-25 minutes walk to Old Town. We would stay there again.

Disappointing stay in Bucharest
As a Radisson group hotel, I was very disappointed with the physical conditions of the hotel. I had to climb up and down stair with two heavy luggage because no ramp for proper movement was built. The corridors were really in bad conditions and my room was not great either. I am really sorry but no more park inn Bucharest and for the other cities I will take it with a grain of salt!!

It doesn't look like a 4 star hotel! The level of cleanliness of a hostel. Guest service was bad! They did not address any of my claims. They ignored me very disappointed.
