「Conveniently located. Clean.」

「Was flying out of Bucharest on the 5:30am flight and just needed something super close to the airport. This place was perfect. Free shuttle every hour. Be sure to be there in the lobby 15 min before the shuttle leaves. They fill up fast. Was only there for one night but it was everything I needed and while you’re there it was a quick uber to visit the famous massive Therme Spa. Room was clean and comfy and for the price it was just what I needed. Also there is a big pool and sauna for $10 for a...

「地點非常方便，環境很好」

「Very clean room and nice experience」

「I stayed at this hotel for quite some times and I do not want to switch to other hotels though the price is almost the most expensive one it is.」

「The hotel front desk staff, Aleksandra, was very friendly and helpful. She kindly assisted us by contacting the Serbian consulate to seek support regarding visa matters, which was a tremendous help to us. Her warm and enthusiastic attitude left a very deep impression on us.」

「Airport shuttle is efficient, room temperature could not be adjusted」

「房間很寬敞舒適，早餐項目眾多，有三台咖啡機，非常考慮住客需求，服務櫃台人員也很NICE。」

「Comfortable, and very near the airport, airport shuttle bus is available 」

「We like the hotel and its location. The only complain I had was the only lift was spoilt on the big by we arrive and we had to lug our heavy luggages up ourselves.」

「The room was freezing, they claimed there is central heating. In fact there was only an air-conditioner with the maximum temperature output at 32 degrees Celsius which the weather reported between 3c to 7c even during daytime. There was only a thin blanket provided. Some of the lighting were not working too. The environment was also very dirty, cockroaches ruining around the apartment. And inside the main entrance as well. Please take this offer out from your list. Absolutely unsatisfied which...

「距離各景點與大眾運輸都非常方便，房間舒適乾淨，早餐多樣，員工友善。」

「The staff was amazing. We arrived later in the evening. The hotel is on a cobblestone street where motorized vehicles are not allowed. The hostess met the cab out at the street and helped with luggage. We had an early morning excursion and so they packed breakfast to go. In addition they made wonderful recommendations that made our trip that much better. The only thing I would note is there is no elevator so and spiral staircases so it may not be right for everyone. Other than that...

「Nice place. We got a free update during our first night and also stayed in a standard room the second night. Rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is nice, and the staff is very helpful. For instance, we had a very loud group on our floor (at 23:00!), called the front desk which swiftly solved the problem.」
