Landing Apartments Phoenix - Maryvale Village
Room was clean overall but we did see a couple roaches in kitchen. Outside of the building was on the older side in an older part of town.

Experience Alhambra living near Grand Canyon University.
I don't know where to begin. The front property wasn't or didn't feel safe as we drove up. We had to park between 2 junk cars. It took awhile to locate the key.
