"We brought our youth group here for our annual summer retreat. This place fit all of our needs perfectly. Everyone had a place to sleep, the house was stocked with more than enough utensils and supplies to make meals for a group of 18 seem easy, and the grounds made for a welcomed change-of-pace. Would definitely recommend!"

"Wonderful place to stay and house is very close to lake. Was able to fish from dock, have a late night fire and watch wildlife. Would definitely stay again."

"Our host was great! We stayed in the lovely Meadow View Manor. We were there to celebrate my daughters 50th and my grandsons 16th birthday. There was plenty of room for everyone in this beautiful home. We plan on coming back during warmer weather!"

"We were tickled to be staying in such a beautiful home. The craftsmanship, detail, sturdiness, soundness of this amazing house was appreciated by us all. We were honored to be able to experience this wonderful home and grounds. The little ones, ages 5 (twins) and 3 year old were so excited to be here, and loved every inch of it. The “hidden stairway “ was a special treat. They will remember the stay here. They had so much fun.Every room held something special. Every room met all expectations and more.No complaints at all. "

"5 stars! The place was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Everything was well stocked, and the host went above and beyond by leaving snacks, drinks, and coffee. There was plenty of space, and the location was perfect for getting anywhere around Little Falls. Would definitely stay again!"

"We enjoyed 4 nights in this quaint little cabin. It was perfect for our family of 5. The cabin was well stocked with everything you would need, especially the kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the hosts were easy to contact if needed. We loved having the boat to use for a couple days. It fit our family of 5 just right. We enjoyed fishing, tubing and skiing. The screened in porch was used a lot for meals or playing games to protect us from the MN bugs. We would highly recommend this cabin and location and would definitely make a return trip in the future. "

"Truly magical. Sullivan lake is such a deep and clean lake, it is hard to beat in general. The cabin itself was very private. We loved morning coffee on the patio and the huge screened in porch was fabulous when it was raining or the mosquitoes were out. The bedrooms were large and the kitchen had a ton of space and was stocked with anything you would use to cook. It is a cabin and has some rustic-ness but the photos were accurate. Communication was phenomenal and very quick to respond. Highly recommend."

"Our stay at this property was exceptional. We had a tornado warning with strong winds and rains. A tree went down into a neighbors property. The owners were professional and diligent cleaning it up. They communicated the issue and rectified it within hours. All our needs were met from a rental aspect. Little courtesies we’re extended like shampoo and conditioner. Every and I mean every need we could have had was met(fully furnished rooms down to nightlights were provided for, silverware to board games). If you question whether an item you’d need from your home was there just keep looking it exists. The owners went out of their was to ensure that our weekend was focused on enjoying the property and not worrying if we would have what we needed. "
