3. No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

4. Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Help us keep our neighbours happy by staying quiet in the staircase.

5. Pets:As much as we love animals, we ask you to not bring any pets into the house. This way we can maintain a clean and allergy-free environment.

6. Check-Out: Check-out time is 10 AM. Please leave the house as you found it.

7. Trash: Please dispose of trash in the bins provided and empty the fridge of all perishable foods.
