Nice hotel
The hotel is clean and tidy, there is a supermarket nearby and only 2 minutes’ walk from Astoria subway station. It is not far away from major scenic spots. Very good and convenient hotel with reasonable price.

溫馨舒適
小巧可愛且乾淨，地點也不錯，服務員很樂意為您解決問題，但房裡沒有熱水器，前幾天我們都去一樓的bar要熱水，不知道為什麼最後一天才拿了一個快煮壺給我們。

Not a 4-star standard hotel.
The furnitures are all quite old - many of them are wore. The attitude of the receptionist was so-so. She told us the wrong room number at first and when we corrected her she seems surprised and insisted that she was right. Although it was minor, we do not think that it is the altitude of staff of a 4-star hotel. Moreover, our room is a bit far away from the lift and we could not use the wifi at all as the signal was too weak. We didn't bother to change the room as we found out the wifi issue after we unpacked. Overall, not a very satisfied experience.

Leider sind die Betten (Queensize) nicht fest miteinander verbunden, deshalb verschieben diese sich was sehr unangenehm ist. Das kann man sehr einfach mit einer Lasche ändern! Müssen die Betten fest sein hackt man sie ineinander, sonst zieht man sie auseinander. Ansonsten sieht das Zimmer sehr gepflegt aus. Das Bad ist ein Traum. Sieht wie auf einem sehr teueren Hotel aus.

Had a nice stay overall. The only thing that went wrong was that at the check-in they forgot to give back my ID. This caused a lot of issues at the airport when boarding for my flight.

One of the best, warmest and friendliest hotel I have ever been. The Hungarian receptionist (can’t recall her name) maybe Andrea ? She was extremely welcoming and friendly. Thank God, the previous hotel I booked, they couldn't accommodate me, I got my refund and I had to book another booking. Turned out to be the best.

I stayed at this hotel for only one night and wasn’t very impressed with the customer service (staff at reception aren’t super friendly, their tone is not very happy). The room is alright and spacious but I was really shocked about the lack of stuff provided (I asked for slippers for example and they don’t have any to provide to guests, which was a bit frustrating as I was staying in a 3-stars hotel beforehand and they had more items available than this one). Breakfast is alright, there are several options so that was good. Location is right at Astoria which is quite central but still a bit of a walk to certain places.

We like the location of the property. It was at the heart of the city and close to major public transportation, dinning and shopping. However the gym was horrible! The gym was not state of the art as noted in description. Half of the machines were broken and barely had any weight to work out with. The elevator was broken the first few days we were there but it did get fix for the remainder of our stay. The sauna was also not the greatest. It opens up at 10 which I feel is to late for people who wake up early like myself. Overall through not bad if you don't plan of staying in to much.

Centrally located in Budapest, this property offered us everything we required for our short one night stay. From the moment we arrived at the front desk until our departure the following afternoon, the staff provided us with excellent service and advice. We hope to return to stay again with EXE Budapest Central Hotel next year for more than just one night.

The Exe Budapest Center hotel is a reasonably low-cost hotel that is outstanding. The lobby is very modern and beautiful, and the rooms are very nice. The hotel is surround by restaurants and is a very short walk to the Chain Bridge, Central Market, Heros Square, the metro, and the central square (vorosmarty ter). It is a bit of a walk to the Parliament but we did the 1 hr. night cruise for $22 ea. and you can get a wonderful nighttime view of everything.
