酒店隔音很差，大早晨六点钟用吸尘器吸地，吵得睡不着觉，床底下有之前住客留下的垃圾，有一天停电停热水，前台没有给出任何解决方案，只说无能为力，真的超级不满意

Absolut zentral gelegen, dadurch kann man Budapest von seinen schönsten Seiten erleben,ob Altstadt, die Burgen, Markthalle, Shopping und vor allem für den Genuss, alles ist sehr gut zu Fuß oder mit Öffis erreichbar.

The staff were welcoming. Room and shower were perhaps a little on the smaller side but perfectly adequate and very clean - housekeeping everyday. We did find the room a little warm and stuffy as we were on the ground floor so couldn’t leave window open and air conditioning is not used in Budapest until later in the year apparently. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice and plenty of it. Hotel situated minutes from 100E airport express stop so convenient and cheap to transfer to/from. Trams, buses and metro also only a few minutes away so easy to get to all sightseeing, shopping and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this hotel and happiky stay here again.

Unfortunately my tini tiny room looked and smelled like a locker room, to be moderate… I reported immediately the smell of SEWAGE from the bathroom throughout the room and opened window and close, isolated and sprayed the toilet. I still had to sleep with the window open. The reception staff just stayed there helpless because they had no other room available. Such “spare rooms” should not be given, unless properly prepared and cleaned, so I am still completely dissatisfied. I was not offered any solutions or recovery service. Hotel looks not so good as in the pictures and the facilities are as small as not existent, I won’t recommend it.

Good location
Good location and great staffs! We can access to lounge for free drinks and sweets. However, it was sometimes noisy at room because I could hear someone running on the upper floor over times and other guests talking at the out of room.

Perfekt läge mitt i stan. Bra när man som vi ska resa vidare nära till tunnelbana och järnvägsstationen. Trevligt hotell med bra personal, tillgång till gratis fika dygnet runt.

The location is very central, i.e. just behind the Jewish and Entertainment district and 5 minutes walk to the city center. The Hotel is newly and beautifluly renovated. In the Breakfast room you can get Coffe-Tea and refreshments all day long. The Breakfast Buffet was very good.

Lovely, centralised property in the Jewish Quarter. Stone's throw away from all the main shopping and hospitality areas in the Pest part of the city. Staff were super friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good with a large selection, staff was friendly. It was nice to have laundry facilities on the premises! Only downside was that the room was rather small, but for the price is was good. Good location in the Jewish quarter. We would definitely recommend.
