飯店大門進去有階梯,如果行李有點重量,搬起來很辛苦!遇到一位服務很差的櫃檯小姐,臉超臭,問她問題,她不耐煩也不想回答。。。。。不過,房間大又乾淨

It was good but could have been better. Room was nice, clean but basic. Disappointed with bath/shower combo. Have one or the other. Bed was two singles pushed together. Pretty uncomfortable if truth be told. Breakfast was good, but no bacon on cooked option. At least two, maybe three types of sausage but no bacon. Scrambled eggs weren’t great. Fruit, bread selection, yoghurt, muesli were great though. But no teapots for those who want tea; had to refill tea cup about 6 times cos it was so small. Staff were friendly, didn’t have much interaction other than check in/check out. Area around hotel is decent with a few bars/restaurants.

The room was dirty and they sprayed the room with perfume to mask the smell. I have a sensitivity to strong perfume scents and it made me ill. The staff could careless and no other options were given. Stay away

On three occasions, I asked the front desk for information, where to eat on the first night as referred to local restaurant across the street, which was subpar, The next time I asked about booking of River Cruise, and they told me that they were booked out for the next two months. There are over a dozen operators in the area, and this is a furthest from the truth. Lastly, my operator, Gate 1 travel, arranged transportation to the next location. The front desk told me that I need to meet with Gate 1 in the wrong location. Three different questions, three different front desk employees, all clueless.

It’s listed as a 4-star hotel, but it doesn’t seem even close to that. Maybe it was back in the day. The hotel is in a great location. I also found the front desk staff very helpful. The bartenders weren’t very good (one older gentleman interrupted my phone call while I’m sitting having a beer to have me pay, so I had to cash out twice since I had a second beer, so that was weird). The hotel didn’t have any bar food or dinner options, even though line it lists that the hotel has 24-hour food service. The room was a good size. I liked that it had a balcony. The bathroom wasn’t very clean, so that was gross. Staying there several night, I noticed they never cleaned the bathroom to get all of the women’s’ hair off the floors (I’m bald so it isn’t me).

El baño necesita atención, se moja todo, la tina no es práctica para los adultos mayores cuesta trabajo entrar y salir para ducharse. Los productos que ofrecen, shampoo, acondicionador y crema de cuerpo de mala calidad. Dejan toallas y no recogen las anteriores. Solo tienen servicio de restaurante para desayunos.

Good location, service could be better
All in all, my 5th stay here was good again. For some reason roomservice often forgets to fill in water etc, having arguments when fetching for water from the lobby bar (as instructed by reception) is not how I want to spend my stays.

Property was overpriced for the quality of the room and location. Our next hotel in city center was much nicer and same cost. The shower leaked profusely. The fridge wasn't plugged in (and couldn't be in its location). Furniture was outdated. Bed was comfortable

How we problem but otherwise good
Great location. Hotel is clean and comfortable- all except the shower. Strange door that allowed a LOT of water out of tub and onto floor. Had Tobias hand towels and bath mat to sop it up and even then it was still very wet. Once we realized how to minimize it, it was better but still not good . Everything else was fine, tho.
