“We had a really good long weekend at this property. The house is beautifully decorated and spacious. We didn't use the outdoor BBQ as it looked like it was in need of a good clean. The back yard was very overgrown with long grass and weeds in the gardens. Not the sort of yard kids could play in. The outdoor area and furniture really needed a good clean. One day was extremely hot there and the air-conditioner wouldn't work! It was extremely uncomfortable. We couldn't find a manual for it. Tried……

“We booked via expedia. Since we expect ourselves to arrive later than check in hours, we have requested expedia to contact the park for late check in arrangement. The reply from expedia is asking us to contact hotel directly. We arrived the park 18:01 and the reception is closed. Without receiving any safe box code from expedia, we stand in front of the gate with wind and rain. Fortunately, we called and left message to the park’s after hours mobile, and Belinda (the property manager)……

“The property was amazing. Bedrooms are very spacious with loads of cupboard space. Bathrooms also very good. Kitchen extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need. All the various areas for entertainment offer larger groups a choice of activities. The outdoor dining/lounging plus the covered pool was terrific.
