Der Check-in verlief über eine Schlüsselbox. Informationen dazu und zum Haus gab es per Mail, was völlig ausreichend war. Das Haus liegt 6 Min Fußweg vom Strand entfernt an einer gut befahrenen Straße. Es ist von einem gepflegten Garten umgeben. Die automatische Bewässerung startet um 5 Uhr früh. Dies hört man dann leider auch im Hauptschlafzimmer. Dieses Haus hat keinen Meerblick, Die vordere Terrasse geht zur Straße hin. Die hintere Terrasse liegt am sauberen Pool. Insgesamt macht das Haus einen modernen und sauberen Eindruck. Es ist für 6 Personen gedacht, aber um es wirklich bequem zu haben, würde ich es nur zu viert bewohnen wollen. Der Esstisch drinnen ist 90x90vm groß mit vier Stühlen. Die Schlafcouch im Wohnbereich reicht gerade so zum sitzen von 4 Personen aus.Die Küchengeräte sind alle modern und ausreichend vorhanden. Besteck, Gläser und Frühstücksteller könnten mehr vorhanden sein, so wie ein Mittlerer Kochtopf wünschenswert wäre ( es gibt nur einen kleinen Stieltopf und einen Riesen Hummertopf. Die Betten sind bequem. Die Bäder modern und sauber. Der Ort Budoni ist gut gelegen um Sardinien zu erkunden. Alles ist fussläufig erreichbar. Von 21/24 Uhr ist tgl. Auf der Hauptstraße NighteMarkt und richtig was los. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und können es weiter empfehlen.

Sehr schöner Pool, Küche und Bäder gut ausgestattet. In jedem Zimmer Klima. Betten könnten bequemer sein. Straße etwas laut.
