Excellent quality details make it stand out from the others, rationalist style, elevator, everything is top quality!. The apartment is located at the 5th floor with an excellent view of the Agote street trees and has daylight throughout the day. The furniture is brand new and modern and is fully furnished, all items are best brands (LCD, DVD/CD Player). The climate is handled through the apartment central control A/C & Heat (similar as the USA AC, not usual in Buenos Aires apartments)

About the neighborhood is located in the center of Recoleta, in the highest level area surround by antique french buildings and something important, super safe too.

About the area,1.5 blocks to the east its the Recoleta Cementery, one of the most famous places in BA, can approach him and visit the mausoleum and tomb of Eva Perón, a must in BA.
After a couple of blocks north is the 'Plaza Recoleta'. The best place to get relax and enjoy natural life, and in the weekend you have the fair city, besides in the park its the 'Recoleta Museum', all the time with new argentinian art exhibition. Also its the 'BA Home Design' Mall, you can walk by this underground mall and cross the hole park.

Its 2 blocks away to the east from Libertador Ave, the most important avenue in BA, you can walk by and find the most interesting neighborhoods of Buenos Aires (Downtown, Retiro, Recoleta, Barrio Norte, Palermo, Belgrano)
