We were excited for this stay as it had great reviews though unfortunately day 2 we discovered mold in our room and had to switch to another one as it was a hazard. The second room was actually nicer than our first one so we appreciated that they accommodated us but had issues with the shower head. Both times the staff appropriately took action and helped us navigate these concerns. Staff and location are great but I do think they could put more money into the upkeep of the hotel as these issues could have been avoided and made our first experience in the city much more enjoyable.

I define a good stay by having slept well, which I did at Casa Bevant. Quiet part of town. The staff members were great and very accommodating. The hotel is near nice restaurants and only a block away from the Recoleta Cemetery. The room was large and clean. I would stay there again.

Excellent staff. Friendly all the time.. very clean… the room was very nice. A beautiful terrace on the roof… the shower was amazing.. :-) The only negative point was the bathroom, a little small so we had to take turn with my wife… but that is normal… Keep it up… we will come back next year…

The rooms were spacious with great air conditioners. Immaculate all the time. The best thing was the staff. Elizabeth was exceptionally good. The staff was wonderful, the rooms very clean, the daily service to the rooms was excellent, the bed & linens very nice. There was laundry facilities available on site as well as a workout room. The rooftop was a wonderful place to enjoy a glass of wine after a day of sightseeing. The best part was the way the staff greeted us & they were so responsive to our needs. We highly recommend this property. It is a 10 min walk to Recoleta cemetary & the markets on the weekend. There are great restaurants & cafes within easy walking distance. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
