Brand new apartment in a new building. It has lots of natural sunlight and is an oasis nestled view a great view.

Located in Palermo with close access to Soho and Recoleta close by.

This 2-bedroom condo can sleep 5 people with 1 King-size bed and 1 Queen bed & sofa bed in the living room.

It is spacious, with 900 sq. feet (87 m2), and features air conditioning/heating, super-fast Wi-Fi Internet access, and the fastest plan available.

The space
Located in the Palermo neighborhood - considered to be one of the most upscale areas of Buenos Aires. It is just blocks from some of the trendiest restaurants and only a 10-minute walk to Alto Palermo Shopping Mall.

It is spacious, with 900 sq. feet of both indoor and outdoor space, including 2 private balconies with a breathtaking view of the city. Due to its higher floor location, the apartment gets plenty of sunlight throughout the day.

The apartment is in a modern building. The building has a rooftop terrace where you can relax and there is a BBQ grill up here.

This apartment also includes 3 new Smart 4K TVs in the apartment (in each bedroom and the living room) to enjoy your favorite shows. The Smart TVs allow you to connect to your Netflix, Youtube, Disney +, Amazon Prime or Apple TV account.

The apartment has the fastest Internet plan in Buenos Aires and 1 GB download speeds.

This apartment is perfect for a longer-term stay in Buenos Aires or pampering yourself for just a few short nights. Our company also owns/manages several units in the building if you are staying with friends/family and all want to be in the same building.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this apartment! It was spotless, comfortable, and in a perfect location—close to great restaurants, shops, and everything we wanted to explore. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, and the building felt safe and secure with on-site security. It was the perfect home base for our time in Buenos Aires, and we’ll absolutely stay here again on our next visit!
