Greatly located, clean , safe property. Great for the prize

Large 2 bedrooms , great for a family with 2 kids, with workkng split A/c units Superb location on a fancy neighborhood steps from el rosedal park and palermo race track. Owner responds right away by mail. The bathroom door at the master may need some work as it has been damaged by the wAter of the shower, all in All great rental unit for 4 people..would come back for sure!
