The Gilead Log Cabin

"Nice relaxing location! Close to Mountain Home, AR and Mountain View, AR. Loved sitting on the porch swing and listening to the birds, the breeze and leaves falling. We didn't use the fire pit but loved that it was an option. If you are looking for a quiet place to hang out or use as a base location, I highly recommend this place. It is close to hiking, horse back riding, canoeing on the Buffalo River, booking a fishing excursion on the White River. Lots of restaurants that are not far away."

"The house was perfect for a quick family vacation. Right on the water and near so many outdoor activities. If we come back to this general area we will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend. Safe area. Right on the river! Very comfortable beds! Beautiful deck with grill overlooking the White River."

"Beautiful area. The cabin was cute and comfortable. The hosts were amazing, full of interesting information. The tour of the farm was so much fun. The deck and hot tub were perfect and the dark skies were amazing for stargazing. This is a perfect getaway to hike, explore, and relax. I highly recommend this spot!"

"The site and host are both amazing. We had no problem getting to hikes, paddling, and everything that makes this area special. The house is well cared for and we will absolutely choose this cabin again when we return!"

"We enjoyed our stay. We originally booked the tree house. That is a very cute place to stay. My husband cut his leg with a chain saw the day before coming.. we still made the trip, but the amount of stairs was hard to climb. The host moved us (without us asking him too) to a unit that was larger and not many steps. It was a very beautiful cabin. We ended up going home early because of his pain, but the host went above and beyond for us. Very nice place to stay."

"This is my third time coming back to Nature’s Loft and each time I’ve stayed in a different cabin. Every experience here has been totally fabulous. The location is remote, private, and quiet. I like that every cabin comes with a grill, fire pit, and hot tub. The cabins have always been ridiculously clean too! We plan to come keep visiting for years to come."

"This was a very beautiful place. VERY secluded from the beaten path. If you want to unplug from the world this is the place. There is no service unless connected to wi-fi. Roads are rough but so worth it once you arrive. Cute little towns nearby."
